I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Purchased a 2018 titanium hybrid with 77K miles on it in 2019, for commuting purposes. I have driven 51K. I had to replace the emergency eletrical brake motor, put a new battery in (not HV), new spark plugs, regular maintenance. I run 400 mls. each week. This car is troublefree. I am totally impressed with performance and reliability, gas consumption (36.8 mpg) since I have a lead foot and on top of that, the car looks sleek. Excellent exterior design and impressive interior. I would have preferred to have the driver seat slide back a couple more inches, but it is very comfortable nevertheless. Great acceleration for passing and is peppy enough to satisfy my aggressive driving (which I have under control). The sound system is incredible. Old school so I love the bass. Great car.

The car is so quiet! At first, I didn't realize it was even on. It drives well. I think I have figured out the bells and whistles. In the fall, I think I will be taking it to PA, so I am anxious to see how it performs on a long trip.

Bought a certified used XJ 3.0 AWD. Amazing ride. As smooth at 100 as it is at 40. Comfortable for long road trips, and nimble enough for downtown. Surprisingly fast acceleration... especially for the poor soul who want to try against it. This is the only car I've ever owned I plan to keep forever.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. So, we had a new E450 on order and the supply chain issues delayed the process for months...we got frustrated and started looking at options. We found our garage kept, under warranty, low miles CLS53 and it shares garage space with our '22 Tesla MSLR. It is really interesting to compare the cars in daily driving. The CLS is far more luxurious...massaging heated seats with active bolsters just give you a hug in tight turns. Not quite as much of a rocket ship as the Tesla, but make no mistake...it is a friggin' rocket ship. I was concerned about an AMG six cylinder, but the turbos are spectacular with amazing performance...all while getting fairly reasonable mileage. It is a little funny, we didn't want another showy SL, and we wanted the extra seats to carry grandkids, so the CLS is perfect. We like the idea of being a little understated, and the CLS is perfect. Quite possible that non-car people don't even notice it, but car people do...and the low key badging and clean lines make for a great sleeper. Very quiet, very well made. If I have a quibble it is that the learning curve for all the systems is a little steep. Low production volume means there isn't a huge community to support these cars and it means not a whole lot of YouTubes on how things work...but figuring it out is fun. Stunning car and great addition to the AMG community.

I took my car for recall service and I had the best customer service experience I?ve ever had at a dealership. I was asked if I needed a ride and was provided courtesy rides to/from dealership. The service was fast, they also did a complimentary inspection and replaced wiper blades with my permission. Communication was great before, during and at completion.

My 2001 Lexus es300 sat from 2021. It's a horribly unreliable car, but only because after it got tossed around the owners have not been responsible for it and ruined it. 189k miles rebuilt motor, axles, alternators, cooling system, over 5k in parts and labor. It was tough, and now the transmission is clearly giving out. I can't say the car is trash because its one of many that were junked, I just wish it was taken care of. That's how much maintenance and history matters people!

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

Perfect car! I do drive it as a daily so sometimes it can get a bit bumpy but besides that, car is great haven’t really had any issues with it.
