What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. I purchased my new Mercedes A220 4Matic in May of this year at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Natick, Mass. And I totally love it! The interior and exterior are spot on! The dealership experience was fantastic!

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I was looking for a Black Chevy Malibu, I came across a listing for a 2017 Chevy Malibu Black at Getty Auto Sale & Service LLC, I called to check if it was available. Mr. B answered the phone and was very informative and professional. I drove 2 hours and I could not be happier, after a quick test drive I decided to buy the car. Great ride for the age and miles, you cant even tell. Runs smooth and strong, and you cant even tell the car is on. Car just needs floor mats and a really good detail, but overall very clean inside and out.

We had both cars in for service one for State Inspection, LOF and tire rotation. Then the next day dropped off the other one for a detailing. Both vehicles were ready in a day and returned spotless!!

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

Ken at Manheim Imports was such a pleasure to work with as was the whole team! The place was very busy with other customers, but they pulled in more help to make the process run smooth and quickly. Price of vehicle was already below market average saving is time and hassle on negotiating a price. We ended up going with a different car then we had originally gone to look at. The vehicle is in great condition and looked like the photos on their listing. Since it was a Tesla, they made sure we were comfortable with driving and all the features before we drove off to head home. Would highly recommend this dealership and Ken.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

This car feels like experiencing a level of driving that no mortal was supposed to feel. Truly a divine car. Must say two deer at once is not good news for it though :( I miss mine so much, definitely the best sedan I’ve ever owned. It’s not even close

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I bought this wagon used with 95k miles, love everything about this vehicle except when some things go wrong or breaks. It's the small electronic parts, or seat switches that get you. I think about selling it because I have too many vehicles, then I drive it, and can't get ride of it. It is a beautiful classy gliding machine!

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

We were very pleased with the service we received and Ryan Heller was very helpful without being pushy. Someone was always there to help you and all were very friendly and polite. From start to finish it was a stress free experience. We would recommend Hanover Nissan and Ryan Heller for your next car buying adventure.

I love my kia forte. I got the top tier kia Forte with leather seats which heat and cool and also a sunroof. This car is very comfortable! It is a little on the pricey side for my top tier one, but in the long run it is worth it.

I bought a 08 Lincoln Town Car about five years ago. It had 10018K on it, I was the third owner. I now have 10080K on it. It has best car I've ever owned. Had to replace the air conditioner compressor at 10070K.I plan on getting around 3000K on it.
