Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. I am a long time owner of a Kia Forte 2019 bought it in 2018. I have almost had it for 5 years now. It has around 80,000 miles of trouble-free driving. I do the necessary maintenance that's it. The pros of this car it's easy on the eyes and easy to pay for. It didn't take me long to double my payments and pay this wonderful machine off. I also like the fact I don't have to go to the gas pumps much. I can go 435 miles on a simple tank of gas. I get about 43.5 miles a gallon highway and average around 34.5 City and mix driving. I love all of the safety features I have lane keep assist frontal crash anti-lock braking and traction control. I even have done some pretty good snow driving with all season radials Continental. It also has a neat feature where it will drive by itself for about a minute. I have the XLS model. So yes I have the Ivt transmission it has worked very well. I don't understand why everybody was so insecure about this Ivt drivetrain it is ran on a chain not a belt. I have nothing but great things to say about Kia engineering. I don't know why but for some reason the 2019 Kia Forte does not have many of the problems associated in the news. I also have the new anti-theft that Kia Motors placed at no charge to me. I think the days are gone when you can complain about Kia recalls. I think we've seen in the news even Honda, Toyota and Nissan have all had recalls also. I feel like Kia turned a big corner in 2013 on making great automobiles. I like them because they're easy on the budget and very reliable and good on gas. I also like the fact there is a lot of room that comes with these vehicles. I also have a Kia Sorento V6 2019 that is also been a good vehicle. Like they say Kia has the power to surprise. Forget keeping up with the Jones get a car that will save you money.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

My trade-in value was fair, and I found a good used car here. The sales process was efficient, though I felt the detailing on the car before pickup could have been a bit more thorough. Still, a solid purchase.

The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue

Great value for your money. Surpassed toyota canary for price and value. Only downside small 6.5 screen other than that the gas mileage is through the roof.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".
