I cannot say enough about this place! I walked in, needed to get an idea of what could be done on my car since it's through another dealership and they were more than happy to accommodate and help with the problems. I had two things that were wrong with the car(or so I was told from the other dealership) and Butler came back with all these other problems wrong with the car. They called me and let me know what all was wrong with the car. A few things will be completed today and the others in the future. This is the first time I've gone to Butlers and I can simply say, they are a lot better than what I had. I can see why so many people love coming here. Everyone I have spoken to through here is genuinely polite and care to help their customers. I'll continuously come here and have work done on my car. Service department is fantastic. I have to thank a certain person, Brandon Collins. He's the one that got the ball moving with all of this and the kindness just flows through that building. Thank you butler for being so great!

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to a last minute deal, the operations manager Brandan Collins who was assisting me was informative, easy to work with, and super friendly. Overall Butler Auto was a great, even if brief, experience.

I always feel very safe with Vermont winters. Always feel I have control even in inclement weather! I love all the standard features and feel safe driving my grandchildren in this car.

from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

I drove two hours to pick up my vehicle and it was ready to go with a full tank of gas. I was nervous about driving it home as it is an older truck with higher miles. About 15 minutes into the trip my nerves evaporated and I enjoyed every minute of the drive home. The truck was smooth and steady. I absolutely love it and the experience was totally stress free. I have had my 2020 GT for 2 years now and have only had scheduled maintenance done and thats pretty much it the only issue i did have was that trunk rattle butt quick fix added rubber washers and that disappeared !! GREAT EVERYDAY DRIVER gives a SRT xxxx on the DIGGGG😂

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

My husband and I made a 45 mile trip to Vitali to look at a few of their vehicles we saw online. We stopped in and spoke with Nick who directed us to the vehicle we were particularly interested in - Nick was not pushy at all, and was very polite and knowledgeable. Jim, who also works at Vitali offered the same friendly service. When we decided to buy the Toyota, they made the purchase happen for us - even when we said we wanted to drive it home that same day! At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs,igniti on coils,belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor,water pump,new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses,new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps,flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze,drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure,that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac,cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

I recently bought a Toyota RAV4 from Driven and could not be happier with my experience. This car has plenty of leg room in the front and back. Looks sharp and has exceptional performance. The road handling is awesome. Not sure about the cost of maintenance yet.

After hours of internet research, calling dealerships, and looking at vehicles I stumbled upon Jeff Kies Auto Sales. Many of the places I called within a 200 mile radius were very cold, uninformed and complicated. After speaking to Adam on the phone, I right away realized that I was dealing with people who were professional, courteous, and kind. For this reason I decided to make the 2 hour trip and cannot express how pleased I am. Their lot is organized beautifully according to year, make and model. Everything is clean and attractive. I got a kick out of their office area that had an antique gas pump and other neat decor. Adam made the entire car buying process seamless. He went above and beyond to answer all of my silly questions, prepare my vehicle and do the do all of the paperwork on the same day! It was a joy chit chatting with both Adam and his dad. This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

We have purchased five vehicles from Miller over the years and have always been very satisfied. We stopped at the dealership and were greeted by Anthony Tanzini who answered all our questions about the Hyundai Tucson. We took a test drive and fell in love with the 2022 hybrid. Working with Anthony we struck a deal and picked up the new car this morning. Our experience with Anthony was enjoyable and he helped us without pressure unlike other dealerships and salespersons. Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Just picked up our new Palisade from Miller's. Anthony Tanzini came in on his day off to make sure everything went smooth and that my wife fully understood all of the features of the car. Top notch service from the sales group, management, finance, etc. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I’ve been buying cars for more than 40 years and this was the best experience I have ever had. Honest, no pressure and very pleasant. Sam Chinyauong was awesome and I don’t think I will ever buy another car from anybody but him. Sam went above and beyond to help and prepare my car for pick up. Even something as simple as the battery on the fob getting low we called him and had a battery in the mail in 2 days. Great experience Miller, I’ll be back.

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.
