Was greeted with a smile and asked what I was there for. Took my car in quickly and I waited not long at all for my oil change and when it was ready I paid for my service and went on my way.

Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

Its been more reliable than anything I’ve owned so far . Not very comfortable at times ! the steering wheels a little cold in the winter but its not the luxury model . The manual transmisions smooth shifting is perfect 5 speed to get you down the road!

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

As a daily driver this car can’t be beat. Fun acceleration from the start or during mid range driving. Really comfortable and beautiful inside. Exterior is also nice but doesn’t really distinguish itself from other 5 series models. I traded in my 2019 Mercedes e63s for this car and as a daily driver the M 550 is much more comfortable and actually more fun to drive. The e63 had a minmal advantage in the steering and a definite wonderfulness in engine growl in sport plus mode but the bumpiness in the car was a real detraction that in retrospect would only be acceptable on a track. I bought a 2023 m 550i in our Florida home after I had read about and test drove it and loved it so much, that traded in the Mercedes as mentioned above for a second one in our Pennsylvania home.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Joel and Volvo Plymouth made it all so easy! When I arrived (about 5 mins early), Joel was already standing at the front desk and had the V60 Cross Country I wanted to test drive ready to go at the front door. During the test drive, he was knowledgeable and quick with answers to all my questions about the car, but also let me focus on the drive and getting a feel for the car. Joel guided me on a circuit that brought me through Plymouth’s downtown and onto the highway, so I got to feel the car at low and higher speeds - everything you need. Once we sat down to talk numbers, there was no back and forth game. Joel came right out of the gate with a fair price on the car, which is what originally brought me to Volvo Plymouth from Attleboro, and he and his used car manager gave me a fair price on my trade. What’s usually the most “stressful” part of car buying was over in no more than 10 mins. That said, I certainly wasn’t rushed. I got everything I needed and Joel worked quickly. My V60 is a lease return, and even before I asked, Joel promised that not only will the wagon be fully cleaned and detailed, but 2 dents will be repaired and the rims will be refurbished before pick up, along with all the usual oil, filter, and fluid changes. The dealership and showroom was immaculate! A pristine, low pressure, vanilla scented place to see, feel, and learn about what Volvo has to offer. The cars on the showroom floor were so clean that I was worried to leave fingerprints, but like a kid at at a glass counter, I couldn’t help leaving my grubby little prints as I went from S60, to S90, to XC90. Bottom line, if this is the Volvo way, I can easily see myself being a customer of Joel’s and the Volvo brand for life. This was such a positive change from the Jeep dealers I’d dealt with last. I can’t wait to pick up my new-to-me V60 and LONG LIVE THE WAGON!

Just so you know, I promise you that despite the all 5-stars, this is not a fake review. This was the second time that my wife and I were in the market for a gently used Chevy. Of course, there is another Chevy dealership in the Brockton area, but when we bought from them, it was your typical high-pressure, impersonal used car sales treatment--in other words, we were not very important to them, just a milestone on the way to their quota. Fast forward to 2022. We met Dave Neudeck at McLaughlin for the first time. It was proverbial night and day. He went the extra mile to get us into a vehicle that met our needs--an almost-new Equinox we did not realize was available at a great price and rate. Now, fast forward to this week (April 2023). I was thinking of trading in our Malibu to get an Equinox for myself (so my wife's would not be lonely). No hesitation, I called Dave. He returned my call quickly and we made an appointment. Plot twist: we just rescued a dog that still has separation anxiety . He said, no problem, bring him in too. While we test drove the Equinox, Dave kept our pup company in the back seat! Dare I say, between him and Joel in the finance office (who asked the right questions and got us a rate and a lender that not only saves us money, but is convenient for us--we already have an existing relationship with them; the other place sent us somewhere else that we never heard of before). Bottom line, buying a car at McLaughlin was actually a pleasant experience. And Dave has customers for life (and a new friend in our canine companion!) So, if you are in the Brockton area, skip the big guys and go to Whitman to McLaughlin and ask for Dave Neudeck. He--and the rest of the folks there (great service dept. too)--will treat you right.

I had a truly excellent experience working with Nuno during the purchase of my Miata. He was consistently friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made the entire process remarkably stress-free and enjoyable. Nuno was very clear in answering all my questions and provided ample space for me to make my own decision. Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

The entire process was longer because of no parts on site. Was to it had to be ordered. Car was there five days. Could not get a loaner at first visit, but did the next day. My car was there from Friday-Tuesday

The Porsche Taycan is a work of art in terms of comfort, performance and overall driving dynamics. The handling and acceleration are truly something to behold and are just on another level from most other vehicles on the road.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!
