With the exception of the negative lady in the service dept that greeted me, but was unwilling to help with my somewhat emergency situation because they were too busy with customers that had appointments. Inspite of her, my experience in the service dept was AMAZING!! All thanks to MR.MIKE LUPOI who was just walking by! He greeted me and casually ask how I was doing. My response, "not so good". He inquired as to my situation. I explained what happened to my car while driving on the highway. Advised him that his service person had not made an offer of help. And that I was going to need to seek help at a dealership in a city on the way to my destination. Mr. Lupoi immediately got help. Within minutes he showed me the problem. Advised me what to do next and took care of it. After fixing the problem ( that was ultimately caused by Penske Honda Indianapolis!) I was on my way again! The service was completed in less than 30 minutes without charge! They even washed my car!! PS: The name on this work order should be Kathleen, not Katherine as the service lady entered. Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Linda at Tom Woods dealership in the service department was excellent! Not only that my oil was changed but it got pint inspection. And to top it all off my car got washed. You can't beat the excellent service I've enjoyed at Tom Woods in the last four years. I so appreciate them. 20 out of 10! Great work!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

No expectation of buying a car. I stopped in just to look. My wife and I had been discussing getting a newer car but had issues getting a loan. I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

The buying experience was great! However when we took it back for spoiler and tint, and clean that it did not get when we bought it, because the guy had teeth pulled, the only thing done was swept. No fluids added, nothing was clean. Rita

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. This was the first non-mom/sports car I've bought, and Mike made it so easy for me to understand how everything worked. I got a great deal, I love my car, and I say "hi" every time I see Mike around town. Definitely worth the drive if you're not in New Castle already.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

After owning a 2017 and 2020 Charger R/T, I do miss the power and sound of that 5.7 hemi, but my 2022 300S w/ the 3.6 V6 (300 ponies) aint no slouch but the gas mileage is phenomenal. I prefer the sportier look of the Dodge over Chrysler but this car is much quieter inside and handles as well as my 2020 Charger R/T Daytona did. Seats are supportive, sound system is amazing and always I'm always getting compliments on what a beautiful car it is. ❤️

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

The body design is very classy. I’ve only had to change the tires in 4.5 yrs and am about to fix the brakes at 5 yrs. Not a thing has gone wrong with my Honda! I average at least 30+ mpg in the city and even I punch on the gas! often I get as high as 43mpg on the hwy. The trunk is massive and the interior is very roomy! I like the styling inside. The downsides are some road noise and connecting bluetooth and they could improve on the quality of carpeting. This car is very reliable! It’s been my best car yet and I’ve owned BMW’s and Infinitis. Honda is an Excellent Value for the money!

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima.
