Devon made my rather large repair service as pleasant and easy as possible. Although I do regular maintenance, it seemed everything needed to be done at once. from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

Nissan Raceway of Freehold ... I've been a customer of Raceway Nissan of Freehold since 2013 & now have my 3rd Sentra. Am I happy with both sales & service ... well I think you know the answer; but let me reiterate ... Being an A-Type personality (oh my gosh) ... yes I do like some order in my life. Since 2013 I've seen quite a number of changes in Raceway's management / rules / regulations. The service department specializes in giving their clients good news & bad news ... LOL, however, has been fair in keeping their clients SAFE on the road. My current service was a "shock" (again LOL) when I actually had to replace my rear shocks ... the staff Anthony / Kate / Chris / mechanics / & car washers ... made the rear shocks replacement along with (what I initially went in for (oil change & tire rotation) another great experience with their Service ... Don't forget to sign-up for their REWARDS Program ... to save on any upcoming expenses ... You actually get 3% rewards $ for the repair invoice expense ... Enjoy the 2025 summer!

Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

Armond was wonderful sales representative. He did a great job reading the situation and no pressing to hard, which made the decision easier to buy from him. He made certain everything was in order when we decided to move forward on the purchase; and was straight forward with figures.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. Ron is highly recommended and I will for sure contact him again the next time I need to get or trade in for a new car.

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

Although my wife and I were interested in a vehicle at another dealership, we decided to pay Douglas Infiniti a visit. They had a similar vehicle available and were close to home. We were met by Steven who did not pressure us and understood we wanted to do our due diligence prior to making a purchase. So after our visit to Douglas we decided to see the vehicle at the other dealership. Making the stop at Doglas Infiniti made it a difficult choice for us. No only was their option a better fit for us, Steven ultimately made us an offer we could not turn down. Steven and the management at Douglas Infiniti did what they said and we are greatful to them. The car meets my needs for the next few years. I’m happy with the handling and the gas mileage so far. I’m satisfied with all the features and the car is comfortable and easy to drive.
