Great people, great service! My wife and I needed a car and they were determined to find us one.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

great car to drive to work everyday, to travel to other city or town with a superior suspension. also to give as gift to our son or daughter in their birthday.

Went in for an oil change. No problems. Lots of paper documentation at the end of the process which was different from my experiences at other oil change places.

I recently bought a 2024 Crown Platinum and I love the car. I've owned an Infiniti Q and a Lexus LS, and I rank this car above both. The 340 HP (only in the Platinum edition) is incredibly fun to drive. The AWD makes the car handle beautifully well. All the bells and whistles that are standard with the Platinum edition (heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, etc.) work wonderfully and are designed intuitively. The 32 mpg is unbelievable on a car this big. The entertainment system is excellent.

I love my second GT2 Stinger it's everything I want in a car. It's the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and sport, with plenty of power. I never had a single problem with my Stinger’s and I'd highly recommend this car to anyone.

Upon entering the garage service bay, I was greeted by a pleasant individual, the service advisor, Cascious Arruda, was well versed in the mechanical issue needing attention and, Rick, the courtesy car driver, was on time, had a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic. Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

I bought my 2003 Camry 4 cyl 5 speed stick NEW. Still drive it with over 210,000. MPG is 35. Best car I’ve ever owned now passing 20 years and still going. I refused to trade it. My tags are now dirt cheap too. I get over 500 miles per tank and I brag on it!

My care was at your dealership for about 10 days due to a water issue. The person who handled my concern was Keith Pereira. Mr Pereira handled my concern with respect, professionalism and the utmost concern about my vehicle. He would call me often informing me of the status of the work, prices and other concerns he had. Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

From the “telephone voice” of the dealership, Cheyenne to the sales consultant Allen Parsons to the general manager Athony and the finance manager Laurie, you the customer are the first priority. There was no pressure fto purchase nor was there any pressure to buy up sell items or trim lines that were unnecessary. Instead, I was allowed to express what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. Allen introduced me to the s5 I expressed an interest in, thoroughly explained it’s operating system and features and then, let me take it for an extensive test drive. The test drive was with my son and I alone. We were able to spend time with the car and see if it really met our needs. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any sales hype. Anthony came in after I was fairly certain that I wanted to buy this particular S5. We spoke about my financial parameters and he and Laurie pulled a rabbit out of their respective hats. I was able to get this car with financial terms that made sense for me. They gave me a fair trade in allowance and the s5 price was very good. No haggling, no "let me speak with my manager". They gave their best shot right out of the box. I really appreciated that. Laurie also found an extraordinary interest rate for the car loan. In fact it was far better than I had already obtained on a prequalification from the lowest cost lender I found on my own. In short, Audi Cape COD respected me, listen to what I was saying and helped me to purchase the car I wanted under fair terms. They earned my business and t he opportunity for my future business. I highly recommend this dealership and it’s team of friendly well trained professionals. In fact I have already made such recommendations to a handful of my friends. They are that good.

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.
