Smart Toyota was excellent to work with. Vero Ponce made the sales process as easy as possible for me. On the day of the sale she even went out of her way to drive approx. 30 miles to pick me up and give me a ride to the dealership. Also a nice touch Smart Toyota does is right before you drive the purchased vehicle off the lot they do a wash & detail on it.

From the first email to setting up a time to come in to getting my trade evaluated to finance paperwork; it all went smoothly and quickly. I can see why Marty gets so many positive reviews. Blake was great as well. He explained financing details as well as what they had to offer with warranties and protection packages with no pressure to buy. Bought a used BMW Z4 from an online ad from this dealership and had them deliver it to me. The car arrived and is just as advertised. I have been passing the Weber store for many years and have seen it grow from a small lot with one garage for repairs to the big beautiful facility it is now. On top of having a great selection of cars for sale, they now have everything you need to service or repair a vehicle including a body shop. I have met the Weber family and they are great people just like their team of employees. I will buy there again when I need another car and definitely take my other vehicles there any time I need an oil change or a repair.

Left My Totaled Car in Texas. Was looking for a $7,000-$8,000 vehicle to get me aroumg town.. I'm 66 and done with roadtrips for awhile. Called Weber, preferring used car dealership over a new car dealership. The guy on the phone said they mostly deal in $12,000 he had recently taken trade on a 2001 Chevy S-10, with only 54,000 miles (I Know, right?). Body and paint, in great shape, obviously kept in a garage. Rex, the salesman I delt with, didn't mention the Custom 3D bedliner, or the like new carpet. ( As soon as I got home,I ordered custom matts to preserve it) Took it for a spin, shecked all the lights. I was already sold, but to top it off the AC, AmFm/CD player ere all working! There was a vent cover for defrost miising and a cord to hold up rear window. They ordered replacements for them included and will call and install them in their full service shop. They even picked me up at my home, filled my tank and put the new plates on my truck. Rex made the experience very easy and processed it without waiting. As I mentioned above that I avoided the New Corporate dealship to avoid the one-size-fits all treatment of haggling and going to the Managers office,etc.etc. Although I called Wed. morning, and was out the door by 5pm Plated and drivig off the lot, I never felt preasured or rushed. Got a very reliable, low milage, vehicle at a great price. I'd recomend Weber's to anyone looking for a good used car. I'm glad I called!

Service department is very knowledgeable about various car issues and gave great options on how to resolve each issue. They were friendly and answered to the best of their ability all the questions I asked. I was happy with the quality of service I received in addition to the quick turnaround time.

My recent purchase of a Chevy Traverse from Mills Chevrolet of Davenport was a tale of two halves. Initially, the salesperson seemed to make getting the rates I wanted impossible, stifling any negotiation. But then, the sales manager stepped in and completely turned things around. He made sure we got the car we wanted at a great rate, making the rest of the process seamless. The manager's intervention truly made all the difference and earned my satisfaction.

Dan Johnson was my salesperson and he did a great job , as did the rest of the staff. Wasn't willing to budge on price tho. Overall it was a positive experience.
