Matt gave my sister a car to use while their car was fixed. They didn't want my mom to be sitting there waiting. The car was repaired and my family is very happy. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Very clean facility. Service center was prompt and understood the repairs necessary and provided suggested additional repairs based on technician's review of electric vehicle. Although the cost to repair seemed a little high, the peace of mind achieved through these repairs makes the expense worth it. Personnel were courteous and professional.

Mason, (the GENIUS) is a great ambassador for the dealership. He listened to my issues and solved them very quickley. This young man was apleasure to work with. He listens to the customer, very knowledeable about the product and cumunicated well. I would seek him out for any other issues I have.

Leased my 4th BMW X7 from Seth. He does a great job throughout the process. Thanks to Marco for making the paperwork process simple and easy. I was very impressed with Gunnar today. Although I was trading in a similar car, he spent the time to show we are the changes/upgrades and a few things I didn't know before. Finally, a big shout out to the service department. They went out of their way to get BMW to cover a just out of warranty item on the X7 I was turning in. Best dealership I have worked with over the years. Honest, straight forward and reliable.
