Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

I wouldn't take my time to write this review, but after I saw the negative reviews I decided to share my opinion. I had a great experience at Herz and I always send anyone asking there. Today a friend of mine showed me the bad reviews on this website and asked me if I am sure that this is the place. I showed him great reviews that Hertz has on other websites and decided to write this one.We purchased 2017 Altima and they even called us when they received the second key. THere was no presure for getting warranty, etc and we got a great rate. You should go and check for yourself.

This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. Great experience - great car! 6 star experience!

Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

Straight forward, would definitely buy from them again. Everyone was nice, dealership was spotless. Happy with the overall experience.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

After having a less than positive experience at a different Hyundai dealership, I was extremely relieved to find such a helpful and honest salesperson in Darko. He wasn’t pushy at all and was quite patient with me as I worked through all my questions. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. It has been and remains one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. That includes a few BMW’s and Mercedes. Great all year round especially in the winter. Will definitely consider another Subaru if this one ever xxxxxx. Hoping not

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. In 1974 I went to work at a Toyota Dealership in Casper, WY. I had just went through a year of Votech on repair. Thinking back 50 years since then my first choice of dependable cars is Toyota filled by Honda then Nissan. Today I own a 2019 Corolla, 1997 Buick, 1971 Datsun 240Z, and a 1953 Chevy Pickup. I gave my 2003 Corolla to my son when I bought the 2019. Working on restoring the Z car with Rust repair. I have owned lots of different import cars in my life. The Toyota line is what I prefer to drive the 2019 I have only had to do the 5000 mile scheduled oil change and rotate tires ,as when I bought it only 6,700 miles and currently 34,000 trouble free miles. The 2003 I bought with 25,000 miles and it currently has 180,000 with scheduled oil change and rotate tires with only repairs were an alternator, wheel bearing, and cruise control part under the steering wheel. To me 150K for 03 car and 28k on the 19 Corolla is an excellent record! Oh I forgot my wife lost a key so we are down to 1 key as the frigging cost for replacement key is ridiculous!

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.
