After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

I bought my '04 Saturn Ion brand new. It only had 2 miles on it when I drove it out of the showroom. It hit 430k 2 yrs. ago. I was hoping to get at least 500k out of it, but alas, my subframe is rusted. But that's due to winters in the Midwest. I never had any engine issues and the factory battery lasted 7 yrs. before it needed to be replaced. It never burned any oil and I religiously changed the oil every 3,000 miles. My baby got me safely home in the worst weather. Very low maintenance, great gas mileage. Oh! And the dashboard design! I loved not having the steering wheel in the way to check my gauges/speedometer. Just a quick glance with my eyes was all that was needed; didn't even have to turn my head. Everyone gave me sh** for having a little plastic car. (My daughter always said that I could whip Cheerios, not doughnuts!) But they all shut up when they saw how good a car it was. For being a little car, it still had plenty of room. I smoked a deer w/ my car 20 miles from home and even though it totally effed up my hood and headlights, but it Never. Stopped. Running. My husband thought I was gonna junk it. I looked at him and laughed. He underestimated the love I have for that car. It was well worth fixing it and I drove it for another 4 years. I wish with all my heart that they would bring them back and make them as good as they did.

I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. I have the sportier 2020 TRD and this is a flawless car (purchased a dealer car in '21 with 8k miles - I can prob sell it for nearly what I paid for it 4 years later). Roomy.. powerful relative to the price.. gas mileage is shocking.. routinely shows 31mpg on longer drives.. JBL sounds system.. People always asking me about it because of the TRD package. Looks great, drives great, Toyota reliability.. And now that they stopped making it, it's holding its value. If anyone wants a bullet proof car with a world class v-6 and a performance tune.. this is your car.

I love this car. It was passed down to me from my dad, and has been a reliable daily since 2012 (writing in 2024). This car has taken me through college, and a fair number of road trips. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a daily that you can have fun with on the weekend.

I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

The car has the same engine as the Nissan 370z and is actually faster in a straight line even though it was 2 extra seats. Has an amazing exhaust sound and you can get a bit of wheel spin out of the car with it's 330 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. Overall it's a luxurious, fun, and quick car with aftermarket potential if you're into that.

I have always own sports cars I lost my G37 sport in the flood in a 2017 I owned it so I went out and bought a Hyundai sonata sport had it for a year and a half and was getting an oil change at the Hyundai dealership and I do study cars for there reliability,performance. An overall styling. Well while I was there getting an oil change this red azera pulls up on the used lot the rest is history I had to have that car no matter what and I am so happy I did I've had it now over 2 years not one problem and I detail cars also on the inside and outside so I have turned it into an unbelievable driving machine would not trade this car in for anything else

They had a low milage Acura RSX 5 speed for a great price and I bought it. There was no negotiating because it was a good price already. The vehicle had all the keys that came with the car from the factory. Jay Brown was easy to deal with. I would recommend Auto Classics of Delelaware to everybody.
