Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I have owned the car for about 15 months. It is a good car. There is an issue with burning a little oil. This is a known issue. I almost traded it in when I realized the oil consumption issue, but I stuck with it. I add almost a quote every two gas fill ups. I purchased it with 62,000 miles. I am a salesman and I put nearly 30,000 miles on it in the past 15 mos. Mostly highway. I had to repack the bearings in the rear wheels. This set me back about $1,200. Not good. Other than that, the car has been fine. I plan on driving it another year.

I've had my 2022 Premier for about 6 months. I like it more than I want to - I was waiting to buy a Cadillac later this year! I saw this Premier (2liter turbo) that was new last October with less than 4k miles (and 20+% under list) and could not pass it up. It's comfortable, quiet, handles well and is OK quick. It has heated rear seats, which I don't need but no power tilt/telescope steering wheel or power up pass. window. Fuel economy is spot on it's EPA rating. I have 2 small complaints. (1) the radio, set to Sirius/XM, will change to 97.4 FM - no warning/no reason. My local dealer updated the radio software but this stlll happens. (2) At the same instant the dash pod winks out...then comes back. Weird but I'm not gonna sweat this. Overall a nice GM product.

Bought this car new in 2012. Just quit driving it with 373400 miles. Only replaced the water pump. Transmission was never touched, fuel pump, alternator, heat, ac still work and original. Maybe I was extremely lucky but this car was awesome.

Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... Being a long-time friend and customer of Mike's, I went to his GMC service center for replacement, and was grateful that Bill Haggerty replaced the missing cover without charge! I purchased my Malibu LS almost a year ago and remain very satisfied with this vehicle, it looks very classy, it is very fuel efficient, it is very peppy with the 4cyl turbo engine, this is very good more basic transportation compared to other brands, if your not hung up on having all the bells and whistles buy this car!!!

I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

I’m a 6’5” man and I fit very comfortably in the 2014 Hyundai Elantra GL. It is the only compact car that I could sit without my knees hitting the steering wheel and being able to comfortably extend my legs. I put my seat all the way back as you would expect which doesn’t leave much room for passengers in the back seat, but it doesn’t matter since I extremely rarely have passengers there.

This was by far the best car buying experience EVER! Victor was professional , prompt and made sure our transaction ran smooth from start to finish ! Victor took extra time to show us all the cool features our new Toyota Corolla has. The finance guy made sure we got the best rate and helped us find the best deal for an extended warranty. I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

I saw a black Nissan armada in car gurus, for sale at cars 147, i did check the pictures and got contact with this dealer, Amanda was on the phone and provided all info i request as i am in madison wi, well far from cars 147 and with no time to go there and see the car, so i ask for aditional video, which very soon i got, i did check carfax report, and all mi quiestions were anser in a totally transparent way, Amanda and Mia did act in a very proffesional way and very kind and efficient in anything, they ask me to send my mechanic for inspection but for me was not necesarilly, so we entered in a quick negotiations and did find and agreement, cars 147 was to deliver the car to my house, i pay the car in a very convenient way and the car reach me the next day in perfect condition and exaclty as decribed, now very happy and 100 satisficed with the car a bougth from them with not even going and see. a very good experience wit a very profesional team.

Just eclipsed 300K miles last week with my 2008 Hyundai Elantra! Bought it new and have replaced the alternator and that’s about it. Am faithful about oil changes every 8-10k miles. Amazing! Hope to retire in less than two years and drive 30k miles a year. Hoping it will last!
