I first leased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2018 (car was new with less than 50 miles on the odometer). After the lease was up, I opted to purchase the vehicle. It's been great. No major problems. The reason I gave the exterior only 4 stars is that the paint started peeling on the rear bumper (below the license plate) about a year ago. A Hyundai service person explained that the bumpers are plastic (not steel) like the rest of the car and the paint does eventually peel off. Outside of the rear bumper paint problem, this has been an excellent vehicle.

Mike Umphrey is the best finance man around. I had no issue with the purchase or anything with the 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 I acquired from Karma Fuquay. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I received the best customer service. I was so impressed I sent my son to him and he purchased his first car from Karma as well. The Karma Revero is a car that is not made for everyone. With production of only 800 units until the next model it will remain exclusive. Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

2 Years in and no looking back. If you have a driveway and can install a charger, it is an even better experience to bypass gas stations completely.

Prompt reply to my inquiry by 2 salespersons working together. They were polite, knowledgeable and personal. The dealership had a broad range of high end vehicles to look at and all had good reviews of vehicle specifications and complete Carfax reports ( all were clean!). Great group to work with!

We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car. Our Salesman was super helpful and was knowledgeable about the cars we test drove. The cars were from two different brands on two different platforms and he offered sound reviews and advice on both. It was super convenient to be able to sit in any car on the lot. The financing process was easy as well. Overall very happy with my car and experience.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

The vehicle matched the description exactly. They shared a Carfax report right away and even sent extra photos upon request. Everything—from the extended warranty to taxes and fees—was explained clearly and upfront. Since I came with my own financing, I can’t speak to their loan options, but the rest of the process was smooth and pressure-free. We made the trip from Charlotte and it was well worth it. I’d gladly purchase from them again.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)
