I want to preface this by saying I did not end up actually purchasing a car just yet but did want to come on here and say the sales staff I worked with (Daniel the Salesman and John the Sales Manager) were incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Told them at the beginning I wasnt looking to buy that day and never once did I feel pressured. Got all the information I asked for in a timely manner, was able to answer every question I had immediately. If I do end up going with a Mazda they have definitely earned my business.

I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

Didn’t buy from them but the sales rep was responsive and knowledgeable. The price on the car seemed fair.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

I am so happy & proud to be the first time owner of my CLS 400 matic Mercedes-Benz. I am very happy with this car & still have a lot to learn about it. I do find the controls to be a little difficult to use. I must say there's no comparison to the Lexus that I previously owned to my new Mercedes. I just wished I had made the change sooner!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. As a daily driver this car can’t be beat. Fun acceleration from the start or during mid range driving. Really comfortable and beautiful inside. Exterior is also nice but doesn’t really distinguish itself from other 5 series models. I traded in my 2019 Mercedes e63s for this car and as a daily driver the M 550 is much more comfortable and actually more fun to drive. The e63 had a minmal advantage in the steering and a definite wonderfulness in engine growl in sport plus mode but the bumpiness in the car was a real detraction that in retrospect would only be acceptable on a track. I bought a 2023 m 550i in our Florida home after I had read about and test drove it and loved it so much, that traded in the Mercedes as mentioned above for a second one in our Pennsylvania home.

Overall great experience. This dealership leaves the other ones in the dust. Thanks to Rick, Alan, Zen and the lady in the tag department. They made my buying experience seamless and quick. They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.

Great experience purchasing a used Toyota 4Runner. If you are going to buy a car there ask for Karim. He was a great sales person to work with. The whole process was great from beginning to end with clear communication and no surprises.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.
