Amazing buying experience at Smothers Volvo for a new Volvo S60 T5 AWD. I purchased my previous Volvo XC60 from this dealer 5 years ago ( love that car, still going strong) and I had not been back to the dealer since ( they are quite a distance from my home) and didn’t recognize dealership- it’s been renovated and very modern - really impressive. I had spoken to the salesperson Ron Cope extensively about the car I was interested in and about my trade and we’d agree on the selling price of new car and a tenative price for my trade. When I arrived, Ron was waiting for me and my new car was waiting all prepped. He handed me the keys and let me test drive and inspect the car as he go the used car manager to examine my old car. When I returned from test driving he informed me of the old cars value (exactly what was originally promised) and he immediately started the paperwork for the sale of the car. I am not exaggerating when I say from that point to driving away in my new car was one hour!! The finance manager quickly had all my paperwork completed and I signed off all the documents in 10 minutes and after a comprehensive review of my car’s features by the specialist I was driving home smiling playing my tunes on the car’s outstanding stereo system. Just a really impressive and relaxing car buying experience - best I’ve ever had!

109,000 miles on my 2019 BMW 530e and it drives like the day I bought it. Original brakes, 2 sets of new performance tires since purchased new. Keep it services precisely to timeliness at the dealership, where service department provides a loaner. Favorite car of 13 lifetime purchases (which is why we still have it).

I've been using this dealership's service department for years and bought my upgraded Prius from them after an accident. I've always found the sales staff and service staff to be first rate. It amazes me there are so many negative reviews on this site as I have not found anything but great service here.

My second Insight. Lower interest rate and good trade in on my first Insight led to my second. Great gas mileage except in cold weather. I live in Nebraska. winter months drops about 6-9 MPG. Rest of the year is 48-50.The sweet spot is flat I-80 at 70 MPH with 55-60 MPG the norm. 75 MPH it drops to 48-49 an I can't complain. I', 6'3 and I fit with no problem. big trunk. Camera in right side mirror for lane change is great as well as back up camera. The back seat is kind of cramped unless you are short. Overall as long as the keep building them I'm buying.

Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

I just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Freeman Toyota and every person at the dealership I dealt with was helpful, friendly and patient with my many questions and concerns, especially Manny Flores. He communicated clearly by text and phone, making sure that I had all of the information I needed to decide whether it would likely be worthwhile for me to drive for an hour to the dealership. If he didn't know the answer to the question I asked, he found out and let me know as quickly as possible. He even came into the dealership on what was supposed to be his day off to help facilitate my purchase of the truck. When the truck was fully detailed the following day, he also went above and beyond to deliver the truck to me at a time and place that was most convenient for me. After more than a month of dealing with used car salesmen at other dealerships who repeatedly misrepresented the vehicles they were selling, it was so refreshing to interact with Manny and others at Freeman Toyota. They were honest, direct, and easy going. And they liked my dog and didn't complain when she took a test drive with me! We're very happy with our 2019 Tacoma and very grateful that Freeman Toyota made the experience of buying a used vehicle not only less stressful but actually enjoyable. Great car and efficient. Really helps with the global warming problem because of good gas mileage. Full EVs still don't have good mileage ranges. This care doubles my mileage.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. They were the first dealership we researched, then we scouted the whole state looking for a better deal. Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Very efficient, provided comfortable seating, snacks, coffee/tea while waiting. Check list was thorough and I loved that they washed the car when finished-extra bonus for me! Very customer oriented.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.
