I want to start by saying thank you Mo for getting me into this 4runner his finance skills are through the roof... I'd say I had a very complicated credit situation I went to 3 different dealerships and just because my family spoke Spanish they didn't try as hard but Mo and his staff worked thru it all the way... they have Spanish speaking sales people which was super helpful jeff was also great throughout the process and he got me done with little to no money down, needless to say if somebody leaves anything below a 4-5 star review they just aren't being realistic and one thing I personally like to do is check reviews before I give my business to a place, and this lengthy review was the least I could do 100% recommend anyone in the market looking for a car to check these guys out! definitely very down to earth and honest people, thank you guys I will definitely come again

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

2 Years in and no looking back. If you have a driveway and can install a charger, it is an even better experience to bypass gas stations completely.

I purchased a certified used Acura from Crown Acura of Richmond in Henrico VA on September 20th, 2025. Prior to coming in, I had already picked out a vehicle of choice online and immediately got connected to Salesperson Jarrett Day. He worked with me via phone to start setting up my application and credit check so that when I came in it would be easy and seamless. Once I came in I was greeted by Sales Manager Anthony Easter whom I spoke with prior to coming in to confirm my appointment. After signing paperwork with Jarratt I was sent over to Finance Director Kriss Williams who helped me iron out the final financial details with my purchase. On 10/20/25 I had to bring my car to the service department due to a slow leak in my driver side tire on the vehicle I purchased last month. I worked along with Service Advisor Lauren Broughton whom was very attentive and patient in handling my situation. Sales Manager Josh Alford helped me with getting the molding on the passenger side door fixed. Lauren was particularly helpful and communicative in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. She ensured I was satisfied with the service being done and the outcome. I stopped in to say hello to Anthony and Jarratt who was very happy to see me. Anthony and I had a nice conversation and he is truly a gem. I?d also like to make an honorable mention of E. Thomas Webster who helped me transport my other Acura to and from Henrico due to a medical issue I?ve been dealing with for my father. I would definitely recommend Crown Acura of Richmond to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle as this team of professionals I?ve worked with are all valuable assets to the Acura industry.
