When I was finished and about to leave, my daughter who only two years prior had purchased a new Kona from Mountain View in Ringgold decided she also wanted to look at trading hers in. The reason I came to this dealership was the Sales Manager Aj Rice. We called in to speak to an associate about a new Tacoma for my family. We ended up getting transferred to Aj I believe on accident. Which was the best thing to happen to us. He introduced himself as the new car sales manager and said it would be a problem he would be beyond happy to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he informed us he had the perfect truck. I told Him we lived in Johnson city and that it would be a long drive for us to make it to Chattanooga. He informed us that he would make this the easiest and most transparent process of purchasing a car we have ever experienced. Man was he right! He took our information down and said to bear with him for a few mins. Next thing I know within 20mins he had taken pics of the car and a complete walk around of the truck and demonstrated the key features on a video. He then called us shortly after to follow up and make sure my husband and I received the pictures and videos. We were so elated with the how he handled the entire situation we decide to make the 3hr plus commute just because of the process A.J. the manager did for us. But it doesn’t stop there. We schedule to come in a Saturday and have a time. He then told us to ask for himself or a sales associate he was going to put us with to finish the paper work. We arrived and as I expected they were busy and that sales person he wanted us to finish up the paper work with. So A.J. went above and beyond again and greeted us and told him to give him a few mins bc that sales person was busy. He came back up mins later and said to follow him and brought us into his office. He informed us he knew we had made a long drive to come see us and did not want us to wait. And he proceed to do all of our paper work himself so we could get done quick. He even had our truck cleaned up and filled with gas waiting for us! I just have to say I have bought tons of cars and have never had a manager of a dealership go above and beyond for us before every. I will from now on always recommend anyone in the tri cities to make the drive to Capital Toyota for the experience to see the manager A.J. or anyone else outside of the area or in the local aera to see him at Capital.

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Salesperson (Aussie) Steve was very energetic & personable. He Insisted we test drive our gently used Impala was appreciated. Sales Manager was very knowledge about warranties products they offer.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

There was only one car on their lot that met my criteria. Kamryn was patient and kind with all my goofy questions and concerns. We did everything conveniently via text. I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

Recently purchased used Tacoma, great experience all around, Brandon Dale was our salesperson and really was perfect, knowledgeable, not pushy or overbearing, Curry was manager on that also was helpful and very generous on our trade in (older model F-150), Chandler helped with financing and explaining all the options for extended warranties. I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.
