Bought a car from Craig and had a great experience. Didn’t feel rushed to buy during process at all. He was super helpful when it came to my questions during the process. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I bought car in 2024 with single owner and well maintained at Lexus dealership. Drove almost 20K miles and no other expense other than pcc valves & regular maintenance. Drives lile riding on cloud so silent that few of my buddies newer 2025 year cars don’t keep up to standards. 20 year old car & nothing squeks in interior

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

Purchased new in March 2018 Legacy Limited 2.5. Used as main commuting car until late 2023-now has 89000 miles. Commute 84 miles roundtrip at 80-85 mph, very steady and secure and 29-30mpg. Excellent in heavy rain (never driven in snow) we get in Houston. Will keep 4 more years but Subaru discontinued the Legacy so likely another brand if I want a sedan.

Viti exceeded our expectations. Their service department went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Our convertible top was stuck in the open position on Cape Cod. The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. To top off my experience they delivered the car back to the Cape Cod!!!!! The absolute best experience of my life with a dealership!!!

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it!
