They were very professional. They didn't overwhelm me with excessive emails and text like some other dealers do. They were great to deal with even though I didn't end up buying from them.

Had the car for four years only had to do basic maintenance like tires an front brakes rear brakes tcase transmission service rear diff. Driven the thing like 65k in those four years perfect for road trips handles pretty decent in the snow an ice, you can tell it's a little heavy going down hill but the trans in snow mode does it's wizardry magic an can keep you going slow. Uphill is a little more exciting in the snow due to the rear wheel bias on the 4matic system but once it kicks the rear end out it reels it back in. It definitely likes the colder air I don't know if it's the intercooler being heat soaked but living somewhere where it's 100 plus in the summer I can tell it's not as peppy versus the winter time when it's in the teens. Interior has held up great with kids. Only thing that's broke on the inside is the springs for the cup holders an the trunk button which wasn't my fault had a friend driving it an they pulled it to hard. The exterior is honestly timeless you can't tell it's a four year old car not to flashy or dull it's a suttle boujee. The service at Mercedes has always been super, everyone thinks you're going to pay an arm an a leg for service but honestly only having to go in once maybe twice a year it's not terrible versus every 5k on other cars I've owned. The factory warranty ran out but Mercedes offered extended for an extra fours on top of the factory unlimited mileage bumper to bumper so they give you peace of mind an it makes you feel like they have faith in their own product to give you unlimited miles. In all the experience has been exciting the turbos spool up quick an gives you a little stu stu, from a dig your pretty quick, when you down shift the exhaust gives you some pops an bangs. Interior looks nice don't really think it'll age terribly considered everything now a days comes with giant screens. An as a technician for a different manufacturer it's not terrible to work on. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

Salesman Frank Vitolo was patient and thorough. There was no pressure. The efficiency of this dealership was impressive, and every employee I encountered made me feel comfortable and important. As a wholesaler this was as good experience as could be imagined. The car was in good condition and on a long drive home showed no problems. Recommended.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

I purchased my 2025 KIA K4 back in the end of March. All I can say is I love it. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The features are too many to mention and the leg room and comfort are unbeatable.

Owning this car, and drives like rocket with F1 turbo tech and 4CYL. Engine difference is just surprising. Love the steering and looking forward to upgrade to 21' rims and apply upgrades.

The S3 is a fun, sporty sedan that is nicely equipped with technology and safety features. There are several different driving modes which can provide comfort or boosted performance. Paddle shifters give you the option to drive as if it were manual. Great car, looks sharp, fun to drive. Only complaint is the Audi MMI software is not very intuitive and can be difficult to navigate. Virtual cockpit is awesome!

With the great floods of North Jersey, my pride and joy, my pleasure to drive, my daily driver got washed away. Totaled. The insurance companies were inundated with similar cases and took forever to cut a check. And to make matters worse, there were no rentals to be found. All I could scrape together was $3,000. A buddy of mine passes their lot every day on his way home from work. He always mentioned how they have such a nice selection of cars on their front line. I popped in on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by 2 nice young men, David and I forgot the other guy but I know it started with a “P”. Nevertheless, I told them my situation and they found me a perfect car. The fact of the matter is, they got me exactly what I needed during my time of need. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.
