This car's reaching it's tenth birthday in the coming year, and has definitely earned itself a good reputation in reliability, to a point. Had to have the engine rebuilt at around 100k due to a recognized flaw where the seals around the pistons (one, in my case) would shave off the side of the inner piston chamber wall. Volvo was good about it, and rebuilt it for free, but I have heard about this being an issue with a percentage (although a small percentage) of 2015 S60's. If you own a 2015.5 S60, you should be okay (released at the half-year, they changed something in their engine design so this no longer happens). The 2015 model I own is a T-5 Drive-E, but even then the engines feel strong, and the acceleration is amazing given the engine downgrade for better mileage. Pros - Smooth, quiet, fast ride - Platinum package still makes this car shine given how far infotainment systems have come in 9 years - Takes 87 gas - Cold-oriented heating options. I lived in New Hampshire most of my life, and this thing took snow and ice like a champ. Good to know Volvo durability hasn't disappeared. Never failed to start, and the electric defrost option was a Godsend. - iPod/iPhone USB slot. Honestly wish this was in modern cars. You can play music from your iPhone (or iPod if you're a person of culture) as soon as you can hook it up to the charging port. Also charges your phone. Neutrals - Nav system. Pretty basic, but once you get good with the voice commands, is amazing. Other than that you have to put in addresses with one of the DIALS on the dashboard, which is lower than T9 typing. - Auto Climate setting. This is just more goofy than anything. You'll press it thinking it will slowly acclimate based on outside temps and engine warm-up and all sorts of things. No, it hilariously just turns your AC on max. Not even mad, its just super funny to think about. Cons - Start/Stop button. I don't care how much gas I "save", when you turn an engine off and on in any instance, you're wearing down parts faster. - No oil dipstick. Have to rely on electronically checking it, which has shown me close to max for the last few months, which I doubt. - Backseat legroom. It's not horrible if you're used to small sedans, and especially if you're used to super compact cars. - Turn radius. Holy crap do not invest in this car if you like parking somewhere (well) in a single turn. This thing parks like a grizzly bear with a saddle on it---mostly forwards and backs. Maybe I just prioritize good parking too much, but I don't like looking like that one guy in the Walmart parking lot who's content with 45 degree angles. The backup cam makes this not as much of an issue. All in all, a promising Volvo. Lacks the issues of the newer models, while looking pretty modern. If possible, I'd suggest trying to find a trim level higher than the default, but any trim level will be reliable. My biggest takeaway and suggestion for this would be to regularly maintain it. Get your oil changed regularly, keep your engine bay clean, invest in high-quality tires, and don't put 93 ethanol gas in for fun. It should last you as long as it did me.

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

The vehicle matched the description exactly. They shared a Carfax report right away and even sent extra photos upon request. Everything—from the extended warranty to taxes and fees—was explained clearly and upfront. Since I came with my own financing, I can’t speak to their loan options, but the rest of the process was smooth and pressure-free. We made the trip from Charlotte and it was well worth it. I’d gladly purchase from them again.

I love my elantra. I haven't hardly had any problems with it at all. However I also experienced the paint chipping on my white hyundai. I was also told that it was a rock. Now reading others comments about their paint shipping I question it. I paid out of pocket because it wasn't worth going through insurance with deductible and everything. Other than that I have had absolutely no problem with my Hyundai. I also like the look of it on the outside. I thought about trading for a newer one but I also don't like the styles of the new ones. I wish they still made them like the 2016 exterior. I would love to have a newer one but I would like for it to look like the 2016 hyundai. The reason for that is you could look at the car and see it was a Hyundai elantra. Now I feel like the new launchers look like every other car on the road.

I was shopping for a good used car when I stopped by Mira auto sales. I saw a 2013 Ford Edge that I really liked. After an easy talk with them I was able to get the car at really good price. The car is perfect and I’ve Been driving it for 6 months now and no issues at all. The folks over there are easy to deal with and were very helpful in answering all my questions honestly and professionally. I highly recommend checking them out before you buy your next car. I went through a bunch of used car dealerships while looking for a descent car to buy but the quality, the pricing and the courteous staff made my decision much easier.

I bought mine in 08- I still have it and drive it daily. She’s starting to show her age a little bit ( so am not I) have only had her in the garage 2x with an issue. The gas pedal box went bad and have had shocks replaced 3x guess that’s simple maintenance though. The only thing I have really had to change about every 3 years is brake pads . After all these years. She’s fast as xxxx and runs great ! aBEST CAR IVE EVER HAD .

My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

He bent over backwards to help, giving us his personal cell phone number to use should we have any further follow up questions. Absolutely amazing! I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D
