My sales associate came out and greeted me with a great smile and a warm handshake and Said welcome to the parks family. Alfredo, my sales person was beyond exceptional, the process was easy. The gentle manager Justin came over introduced himself offered me snacks. It was exceptional experience. I purchased a vehicle here five years ago and the carp experience then was superb. I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

Car is very reliable and have driven it on long trips. in the last few years mostly local driving. Its and expensive car and you really purchase It for its contort and safety. Service has been pretty good i have owned six Mercedes over the years

The sales manager and sales person were friendly and cordial . I had a very relaxed test drive with the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the used car I was testing and allowed me to drive the vehicle for a considerable amount of time.

Of course it's quiet and luxurious. It's a Rolls-Royce -- it's what they do best! It's a decent value at 4 years old. Not cheap, but (to me) it's worth the money. At about 5,500 lbs and almost 18 feet long, I expected ponderous handling. However, this thing accelerates and handles better than anything this big and heavy should. Especially accelerating -- seems to defy physics. It accelerates hard enough to lock up the seat belt! You wouldn't mistake it for a Miata; more like a big BMW or Mercedes sedan. Overall, after about a week, I'm still finding new features and still marveling at the handling and performance. I should point out that my car has the Dynamic Driving Package. I don't know how much of a difference that makes compared to a car without it. I'm also still getting accustomed to its size. (My other cars are MUCH smaller, lighter, shorter, and narrower.)

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.
