The first vehicle I purchased was from Allentown... There was a major electrical issues with the car so I returned it after a few days.. Another words it was a lemon.. So anyway I saw a car at Plymouth meeting that I liked... The process was easy and smooth they explained everything to me.. I love my new Nissan.. The only thing negative I have to say is they left me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas... I drove 55 Minutes to get this vehicle.. Quarter of a tank of gas will take me a couple blocks... When I purchase my other car at Allentown they filled my tank because I was returning customer and they told me the policy was half a tank... Plymouth meeting wouldn't even give me a half a tank of gas... Very very poor service very very poor management whoever made that up that your let with quarter tank of gas...That is ridiculous... Including myself I have bought two other family members there to buy cars that's awful for returning customer

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

This has been a fantastic car. It is beautiful inside and out, incredibly comfortable, and amazing to drive. It handles like a dream. When on the highway, passing is a breeze with this turbocharged beauty.

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

My husband initially gave a lot of pushback when I told him this was "the car for me". His car broke down just before a planned long-distance trip, so he had to take his turn behind the wheel of my Subaru. Every wife loves to hear " You were right"! It handled ice, snow and everything else with ease plus great MPG!

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I loathe buying a car, especially a used one. I found a car via cars.com located at Sauder Motors. Within 24 hours Jay contacted me back with info about the car. I set up a time to come see it and he already had it ready and waiting for me to drive. He went over the specs, made sure I didn’t have any questions and let us go for our test drive alone. When we returned he made sure to check in on us and answer any questions but then he left us alone! It was refreshing to not have him right on top of us. Once the negotiation phase started I expected the other shoe to drop but it was quite the contrary. Jay was very informative, helpful, and fair. They have us a better deal on an already well priced vehicle. The paperwork was completed quickly and we were able to drive off the lot stress free that same day. The car is in great shape and you can tell they truly care about giving their customers a good experience and a great car. They even give you a full tank of gas in the car as a thank you! We will be doing all of our car business with them moving forward.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

While shopping around for a used pickup I came across one on line at Kris Snyder. Although it is just a small dealer he had a low mileage truck at a fair price. I took it for a ride and when I came back there was no pressure. He simply asked what I thought. After some discussion he came down to a price within my budget. They handled everything in a professional manner. I needed to go to work so we set up a time the next morning to pick up the truck. He even swapped my tires from my old truck to the new one since I had just purchased them and they were a little better than what was on the new truck. Who else would do that? When I arrived in the morning he already had the tires removed from the new truck and swapped them out while I completed the paperwork with Kristen. A very painless buying experience and when my wife is ready to buy her next vehicle we will go there first and hope he has something for her.

I love this car so much and the Limited model is so nice. I would highly recommend purchasing this car, especially if you are looking for fuel efficiency.

Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. Fantastic little car. Some people complain about the pickup and I would say 2 things to that. 1, its a 106 horse power car. What did you expect? 2. You are probably driving the automatic CVT, which I can say did feel quite boring. However, if you get this in a manual (if you can find it in the states!) then this car is very nice. Its still not going to keep up with the average 200+ HP car on the road today. Even Minivans have turbos in them now, but you won't feel too awful. The reliability is out of this world IF you ensure you do a carbon clean during oil changes, get a manual (automatic transmission is one of its only failure points), change the transmission fluid, do basic maintenance, engine air filter every year, synthetic every 6-7k miles (5k if you want to be anal about it), and ill reiterate do a carbon cleaning if you get knock and its not the spark plugs or the ignition coils. These engines are direct injected, which means the top of the cylinders get lots of burn off carbon and gunk up. Then they don't function so well, you get check engine on startup, and rough idling. A guy I knew basically gave me this car, and he was thought it was a dud. I took it, cleaned out the carbon, started it up and it ran perfectly for a month. Changed every coil and plug, did all maintenance, and his 30k car that was a "dud" is now going on 90k miles 4 years later without a single issue. Took it to Mazda and they said it was practically brand new and expect it to run for 250k+. That is after putting 60k of delivery driving miles on it. Cars like this are so fun because most of the issues with cars can be fixed. Those cars you get rid of thinking they went bad, are probably fine. Unless its engine or transmission related, its generally fixable. Note: I am not a mechanic, I am just a normal guy who watched videos and made friends with mechanics and paid them to let me sit in and help anytime I got work done on my car. This is one of the best economy cars to ever exist. Up their with Corollas and Civics. In fact, I plan on buying a Miata because of how much I love the dynamics of this car. It feels amazing with the piddling 106HP it has. I can't imagine what a Miata with nearly twice the torque and 176HP feels like while being 2/3rds the size.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!
