Awesome experience! These guys got me into the car I wanted, and helped through any small hiccups along the way. They were quick to fix the small things I had asked of them right away and I was able to drive away that same day!

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

I bought my Avalon new in 2011. I absolutely love the way it drives and handled and the comfort! I have made 18 trips between Dallas and Albany, NY without one single problem. It is a very comfortable ride. I am not selling it just praising it as I love it.

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

The experience @ First Hyundai was nothing short of amazing! This is my fourth trip there, over a 4 year period of time looking for a car, and every time I go, they are amazing! Everything was easy, and although I didn't end up buying from there (simply due to not having the exact vehicle I wanted), I highly recommend the dealership, its staff, and its inventory to anyone!

Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.

This car is smooth, cute car. All wheels drive . Automatic. I feel so confident driving It. My always concern it’s about snow, ice, rain. Which means a lot for me, and of course doesn’t means I’m going to Speed it because I hav AWD car. Just make me to feel more confident when driving. I’m happy with this car. 2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

I went to service for a state safety inspection. I was told it would take about an hour. An hour later, I was driving home. I found the service fast, efficient and courteous. That's what I want!!

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I Love this car. It had all the safety feature you would think of Lane assist etc. The 50 MPG + and really comfortable. Great driving in the city or highway

If successful, they add a flat $3,500 fee plus a very low $199 dealer fee — no hidden costs, no complicated add-ons. What impressed me most is that their fee is the same whether you’re buying a $10k car or an $80k car, making the pricing structure transparent and fair compared to traditional dealers. Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.
