I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

My wife needs to retire her car. We are looking at three brands and this was our first stop. We spoke to Brockton and he made it a great experience. If she decides on the Mercedes we will be back.

I OWN A 2016 MAXIMA SR AND I DRIVE THE HECK OUT OF IT, ONE OF THE BEST CARS I HAVE EVER DRIVEN. IT MAY NOT HAVE THE HORSE POWER, I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE, BUT IT WILL GIVE ANY CAR IN IT`S CLASS A RUN FOR IT`S MONEY. ROAD AND TRACK OR MOTOR TREND SAID IT WAS HARDLEY A 4 DOOR SPORTS CAR, MAYBE NOT BUT IT`S CLOSE. FROM 2016 TO 2023 IN MY OPINION, NISSAN HELD BACK ON THE NISSAN MAXIMA. HORSE POWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 350 HORES POWER

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

I bought my first real car at merchants and it was a great and educational experience, Damien Gutierrez sold me the car and he was amazing and explained everything so well and i felt very comfortable with the whole process, he was honest and made sure i didn’t feel any pressure, he was also incredibly quick with the entire process it took up little of my time and i was in my new car quickly.

I have only owned this car for 1 month but I am very pleased with my purchase, smooth, quiet, comfortable, great sound system. This car rides like a much higher priced car even with the 19” wheels. If you are looking for an everyday car with great ride and gas mileage this is the one for you.

I absolutely love it. The AWD handles like it is on rails. Just a bit under powered 50 more HP would be fantastic. The car is very comfortable and quiet. It has enough bells and whistles to keep you entertained. Fuel economy seems excellent at this point in time. I have not done a deep dive though. I would also like a bit more range on the telescopic wheel.

My last 3 vehicles have been Nissans. My two previous were identical Frontiers which I had zero problems with. This 2021 Altima is as good a value for the dollar that I could find. The staff is outstanding and the vehicle is even better.

Went to 3 other dealers before being reccomend to matt Harris and knew instantly it was our last stop. We has been treated like xxxx at the other dealers. 1 lied to us and another told us he would not replace bald tires on a 2 year old luxury vehicle. The second we met Matt we knew we were In great hands. My fiance got the Mercedes she wanted at a fair price and the vehicle recieved everything it needed in the shop before we looked at it. The finance guy treated us like human being and never once felt like I was being had. Oh I forgot to mention that I sold cars for the last 17 years so I recognized great people right away. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

They certainly restored my trust in car dealers and mechanics. They didn't add unnecessary work and only did what was needed. I'd recommend my closest friends.

My story: on Saturday Morning 5/31 I was blindsided in my BMW X6 (also a BMW Manchester acquisition). By the morning of Wednesday 6/4 the insurance company totaled my car. By Wednesday at 6PM I was driving out of the Manchester BMW dealership with a perfect solution to my needs. A final note to keynote my respect…sitting in my destroyed car on Saturday because I couldn’t exit the vehicle. I called two people…one of them was Dawn Jellow and one was a family member. Exceed a customer’s expectation…Dawn defines the service.

Car is fun to drive. Acceleration is amazing. This is not a car you need it’s a car you want. It is a little low to the ground and the low profile tires were a challenge on NE roads.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.
