Great experience with Leith Lincoln , Vinny and Casey. I originally went to only test drive a vehicle so I could order one online with all the features I wanted. When I arrived Vinny met me outside and was very attentive to listening to what I was looking for. Along with everyone else looking for a new vehicle I knew there was a limited amount to choose from and I did not want to settle. Vinny provided top notch service to me and stayed with me the entire process. Which by the way only took a matter of hours to facilitate. I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Mike, the owner and his staff, knew every car we asked about inside and out! We didn’t even have to ask about any issues because Mike went out of his way to point out little minor defects we may not have noticed otherwise... talk about honesty! He also offered a solution fo each minor cosmetic flaw. He and his staff graciously pulled out half a dozen cars for us to drive, telling us to take as long as we needed with each one. He bent over backwards to help, giving us his personal cell phone number to use should we have any further follow up questions. Absolutely amazing! I would’ve left this review even if we hadn’t purchased a car from him, but we did! He gave us an incredible deal and I got my dream car! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you’re shopping for quality on a budget. So happy!

I bought mine in 08- I still have it and drive it daily. She’s starting to show her age a little bit ( so am not I) have only had her in the garage 2x with an issue. The gas pedal box went bad and have had shocks replaced 3x guess that’s simple maintenance though. The only thing I have really had to change about every 3 years is brake pads . After all these years. She’s fast as xxxx and runs great ! aBEST CAR IVE EVER HAD .

Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.

Bought a diesel version with 40k miles, has been bullet proof I average 50mpg! Drives nice and has every thing I could want for a daily commuter! 190k going strong

So my wife Christine and I were looking for a specific used car for our 16 year old daughter Angelina’s first car! She was so excited when she saw the car and my wife and I were very emotional that we were able to make our baby girl so happy and we are so thankful and grateful to Lasha for taking time out of his day so we can give our daughter this amazing gift and we are proud to have done that thru Leith Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Raleigh. She was courteous and knowledgeable, and helped us understand the multitude of options available without ever being condescending or rude. Not once did we feel pressured to make a certain purchase, rather Jay helped guide us to the best Subaru for our needs. We will definitely work with her again in the future. The Subaru Encore experience with Jo was invaluable. He was helpful and informative, and more than happy to answer any questions about our new Subaru. This is an excellent service that we have never experienced with other car purchases.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I was shopping for a good used car when I stopped by Mira auto sales. I saw a 2013 Ford Edge that I really liked. After an easy talk with them I was able to get the car at really good price. The car is perfect and I’ve Been driving it for 6 months now and no issues at all. The folks over there are easy to deal with and were very helpful in answering all my questions honestly and professionally. I highly recommend checking them out before you buy your next car. I went through a bunch of used car dealerships while looking for a descent car to buy but the quality, the pricing and the courteous staff made my decision much easier.

Well, I don’t know who gives this place a bad review! Michelle was A W E S O M E!!! She was funny and personable and engaging and knowledgeable and informative and helpful and fun!!! She explained everything in detail and the car I probe 2 hours to see was exactly as Fadi (initial salesman) described! I’m in love with this Mustang! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again. I went to Echo Park the week before and the car was trashed. They also had ridiculous fees that you couldn’t opt out of. This was by FAR a better buying experience. 5 stars? More like 10 stars!! A+++

I've been a Johnson Lexus of Durham customer since 2009. I leased a new 2025 Lexus there last month and my Sales Associate, Julia, was just exceptional. She listened and handled every detail professionally. Purchasing a new car can be a labyrinth and a grind for guests. But my recent experience with Johnson Lexus was quick, pleasant and "red carpet". My Sales Associate and her support staff made it that way and I am grateful.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

I was having a difficult time finding the car I wanted, and Kevin & Ms. Frankie WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! They stayed several nights past closing with me, made phone calls to the banks, and they were honest with me every step of the way! I went into the dealership inexperienced, and a young woman who did not know much about financing a vehicle. Ms. Frankie sat down with me, explained all the different options, and let me know what she thought would be my best option. Their focus was not on getting me a car that would put more money in their pockets, but what was my best option considering the value, price, interest rate, and refinancing... and making sure I left out the door feeling happy and comfortable with my purchase. It is very difficult to trust a salesman, when you know the ultimate goal is to make a sale, but these people are GOOD TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE! If I lived out of town, I would travel in the future just to deal with them, as that is how comfortable I feel with them. I would recommend anyone I know to go see KEVIN and MS. FRANKIE!!! I had a few issues and concerns, and they did not have to help me but they did! I had already purchased the vehicle, and noticed a few things that had me concerned. Instead of telling me they couldn't do anything about it since I had already purchased the vehicle, they looked it over, agreed with me, and offered to fix everything! I would like to stress, they did not have to do this, as I already made the purchase, but it is clear that they value their customers and uphold the standards of the vehicles that they sell!! Ms. Frankie stated her ultimate goal was to have me and my husband happy with what we got, and she not only said that, but put it into action! They gave me a loaner vehicle while the vehicle I purchased was being repaired. If they were trying to scam me, they very well could have, however they did the right thing and allowed for me to pick a different vehicle or give them the chance to fix everything I was wanting fixed. Like I stated, I had already purchased the vehicle and didn't realize a few things until after the fact (that they were also unaware of), and they were extremely respectful and willing to help! I had an issue with one of the tires, and Kevin met me well after they closed on the side of the road to help me change a tire, and then they ordered me all new tires because of the inconvenience. I was SHOCKED at that act of kindness I was not expecting! I don't know any other car salesman you could call at 8:45pm at night and they come meet you to help you put a spare tire on your vehicle, after spending hours with you at the dealership already. It is truly amazing and unbelievable at how great of an experience I had, I could not say enough great things about this dealership and the people that work there. Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.
