Tyber Longacre and Rob Ploof, hands down the best service experience once again like before with Heritage Toyota. These guys never fail me and I am beyond grateful for the service I have received from them on my newly purchased 2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum. Tyber was incredibly helpful he walked me through every step and made sure I got the best deal possible. The process was quick and transparent and stress free. I especially appreciated how they explained all of the financing options without pressure, and how Rob Ploof, explained what every option for any warranty would Cover and what I definitely needed or not because his transparency and honesty with a bit of funny humor was what helped me in making a smart decision!! The only issue I have with this car is the outdated tech. It did not come with car play. In addition, the cost to upgrade the GPS, is ridiculous. In all other areas, the car is outstanding.

I love this place & I'm very happy with my vehicle, BUT... my only complaint is the service center chargers outrageous prices! Seriously, OUTRAGEOUS!! I made the mistake of purchasing my brake pads and rotors here, instead of going to a my local mechanic shop and I practically paid double! What would have cost me about $600 INCLUDING parts & labor at Busheys Auto, cost me $952 here!!! YES, $952 & that's including the FREE inspection and I didn't even need tires like I thought I was going to and I STILL walked out paying almost $1,000!! As a single mother of two, that literally killed me financially. However, I didn't feel as if I really had a choice because my rear brakes were already down to the metal; my fault, I know, but I didn't want to leave and wait to get in somewhere else. LESSON LEARNED!! I won't use the service center for out-of-pocket expenses. It's been two days and I'm still just sick over that amount I had to pay! Anyway, aside from the cost the people are very friendly and I would recommend getting a vehicle here, I just don't recommend purchasing anything through the service center unless, of course it's covered under warranty or a free service. 😉

Me fascina su diseño exterior y si le pones un wing spoiler y rines deportivos es otro nivel! Su motor 1.8 con modo sport para mas velocidad te enloquece! Muy economico en gas, es un auto sedan para uso diario, minimo mantenimiento, solo me preocupo por el cambio de aceite y las llantas. 100!

I recently had a mechanical emergency with my vehicle. My car was towed to the service center at Key Automotive in the evening hours. I received a friendly phone call from Ethan in the service department first thing the next the morning. Ethan’s customer service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired by noon. The atmosphere when picking up my vehicle was professional and friendly. They had even washed my vehicle before I arrived! Even though this is not a local automotive facility for me, I will be back for all of my sales and service needs!

I almost bought a BMW 325i, 40 years ago. My new BMW M340ix is perfect on looks, feel, handling, drivability, power and size. I guess what they say is so true; Better late than never. power and size! Josh from Berlin City Kia was amazing at finding exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was very informative,concise,and quick. There is nothing worse when car hunting to sit at a dealership for 3-6 hrs only to find it’s not going to work for you. He made sure we were comfortable, attended to and seems to be a very warm and friendly family man. I’ve dealt with salespeople who after you sign on that dotted line thy disappeared leaving you with questions on your new vehicle. He made sure we knew what we were getting.

Terez Porter was the best salesman who promised and delivered A1 service from beginning to end. Kind courteous and patient. He answered all of our questions. Wonderful experience. I would recommend this place a thousand times over!! We enjoyed working with Terez Porter and Eric Duncan. They were very professional, and patient, and took care of all our questions/concerns.
