Tommy the lot attendant greeted me in a friendly manner, and helped me with a minor problem. We had a chuckle as well. Michelle greeted me warmly, addressed my concerns about a tire issue, escorted me to the lounge area, and said she would text me with updates. Lori and I had a nice chat before I settled into the lounge. Michelle came to get me to talk to the tech Adrien who reassured me about my tire concern. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful of my concerns. I cannot imagine better service anywhere.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

Gavyn Okeefe is very courteous, kind and patient. He took the time to understand what we wanted in a car and delivered exactly that. He was very polite during our meeting and efficient, he did not waste any time, which we found refreshing as sometimes the sales process can be tedious.

My Insight EX 2022 is economical , comfortable and IMHO pretty. Now that late May is here (NJ) I’ve averaged 57 mpg in last 4 weeks. Winter is only 51 mpg. Bought in October 2021 and I average 625 miles per month, which means I fill up once per month! And always less than $30. I use the regenerative braking paddles as much as possible, only wish there was a third or fourth setting to bring to an almost complete stop stop, brake pads would last forever!, as I drive not much I’m averaging 11 months per oil change. I highly recommend this vehicle except if your commute is very hilly/ mountains. Much engine roar on big hills. Here in NJ not many of those. I’m 67 y.o. and do love to hypermile I do drive like the grandpa that I am!

It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

This is my second WRX. My first (which I still have) is a 2002 Impreza WRX. I bought this car (2024) for long trips with the family and dog (cane corso). The foreseeable future does not see me daily driving it, tho I am sure it could handle it without any fuss. It has room for storage on trips and to the grocery store. Excellent platform for autocross, rally cross, track days, overlanding and as stated before long trips. This is a car that is hard to beat for its value and versatility.

Got my 2020 a few years back been a soild car. Haven't had one major issue with any of the car drivableity of the car. But thank again my service record is flawless . But for an all wheel drive car she pulls hard when your ready to have fun but can just cruise when you need her to the drive modes are a great ad to it . But all and all would recommend anybody give it a look and go test drive one .

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Yes with a caveat. Overall I generally enjoy my car but issues with going through tires and maintenance issues . Because of that would probably not buy again
