Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.

It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. I’ve owned my 2014 Volvo S60 T5 since late 2022 (roughly 2 years) and here’s my experience so far: Pros: -Superior safety; Volvo prides itself with fantastic safety ratings and constantly keeps the latest safety standards in mind when designing restraints and airbags. -Outstanding comfort; Hands down, most comfortable seats that I’ve sat in. Warmer weather oriented and has heated seats all around, heated windshield, and heated mirrors as standard. Suspension is butter smooth and interior is quiet with good tires. -Stylish Interior and Exterior; interior is luxurious and uses high quality materials. Entertainment features are tilted slightly towards driver and allow you to make decisions and hit buttons without having to look away from the road. Post-face lift model looks fantastic and eye catching and looks much better than the pre-face lift models in my opinion. The body panels feel sturdy and well built. -Performance and Fuel Economy; great performance and fuel economy for its class. I usually get around 17-19 city and 29-32 highway. It offers good economy for families and business workers that get to work via the highway. It can absolutely get up and move when you ask it to and can comfortably go 90-100+ with no issues. Cons: -Below average handling; the handling leaves a bit to be desired for the 2WD models. Definitely has quite a bit of understeer in the corners. It’s can also be a bit daunting to park due to its larger size. -Transmission bugs; the transmission is usually fairly smooth but tends to jolt when downshifting and when starting from a rest. From what I understand this is a common problem with Aisin transmissions of this era and can be fixed with a software update from Volvo. -Interior space; as with most sedans, the rear seats leave room to be desired. Most passengers will struggle with leg room. Trunk space is fine for airport trips, grocery runs, and light road tripping but is unsuitable for most moving and heavy lifting jobs. The Ugly: -Reliability; although this car has never broken down, left me stranded, or even had as much of a check engine light, the biggest killer is the oil consumption problem.This can cause a range of silent killers that usually don’t show up until they are catastrophic. The inline-5 engine in particular is greatly affected and is due to the lower oil control ring on the pistons to become clogged. This usually leads to the engine burning about a quart every 1K miles. This is not an easy fix and will require an engine rebuild. Volvo may offer an extended warranty for this problem but without a perfectly documented service record this service costs $5K. -Not DIY friendly (sometimes); for an at home mechanic, some tasks can be quite difficult to accomplish without special tools from Volvo. Standard issues like oil changes, brakes, and lights are easily accessible and straightforward to accomplish. More complicated issues such as suspension maintenance, coolant services, accessory belt maintenance, and problems related to the turbo can be difficult considering the complex nature of the car. Maintenance manuals are near impossible to find for free, however Volvo does offer a (pricey) subscription service to their in shop maintenance software. In summary, the 2014 Volvo S60 is a fantastic car for a competent car enthusiast who knows how to work on cars. Maintenance tends to be on the heavy side and weekly oil level checks are a MUST. This car is definitely not for anyone who doesn’t know much about cars or for someone who knows a trusty mechanic. It’s sporty, comfortable, reliable and safe if you know what you’re getting yourself into. Hope this helps!

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. First up Matt Stark provided top notch service, and went above and beyond and treated us like family throughout the whole purchasing process (Great Job Matt). Next up the finisher Steve Owusu. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. He kept us aware of all options, And also was there via phone whenever needed for questions about anything involved in the whole purchase (Great Job Steve). I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

The guys at WOW Auto really went out of their way to make this deal happen. I came up from King of Prussia area to check out an Audi A3 Etron, which there was a tax rebate of $4k for. Other dealerships would either raise the price of the car by $4k and take the rebate themselves, or just wouldn't deal with it, saying I could get it. But I didn't have enough tax liability to absorb it. Their response was typically just shrugging their shoulders and letting me walk. Josh was awesome in getting this part done. Not only that, but the car had a transmission issue, and a taillight problem, that they were determined to fix before letting me see the car. It took a while to work out, but again, other dealerships would just try and cover things up and pass the buck on to me. Not these guys. So refreshing! After wading through the slime of the used car market for months, and paying $500 to have other cars inspected (2 different cars!) just to have them fail, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of trust they helped build with me, and how they were determined to sell me a good car that we'd both be happy with. They also shipped the car down to me, which was a huge help. I would 100% shop for another car with them again!

This is the first Honda I have owned and I absolutely love my car. I've always like to looks of the 6th gens and got mine for a smoken price from my co-worker. This car is super easy to work on. Especially with all of the videos that are out there. I've done all kinds of upgrades to it and parts are pretty reasonable. I just did a motor swap on it. It only had 369,000 +/- miles and it still has the original automatic transmission. Infact, most of if not all the parts I have replace where original. What an amazing car.

We went to Abeloff Nissan in Bartonsville, PA to buy a new-to-us vehicle. Our salesman, David Johnson, made it one of the best car buying experiences of my life. I never felt pressure to just buy something. I never felt obligated to accept something I didn't love. He worked very hard to get something we could afford. The sales manager, Nate, did everything he could for us as well. We left with a 2021 Nissan Rogue and we love the car and we're happy with the deal.

2nd Alfa in 40 Years... '88 Milano remained my #1 Fav driving car after 944, 330i, XF, A4, A6, e350, Mustang. Finally surpassed all of those great rides with my new '24 2.0L Q4. Base stereo sounds nearly as good as my Burmester and somehow is programmed with "perma-surround." 0-60 in 5.4 is nearly as quick as an '85 911turbo! Glad I've lived so long. Twisty, hilly roads in Dynamic Mode will thrill any driver. Advanced Efficiency reduces Torque from 308 to 200 lb/ft and is plenty of grunt commuting. 1st Oil Change coming at 1,500 miles and will Blackstone test the metals. Buy an Alfa! 2020-2021 are a steal presently. Go Buy an Alfa! #1 JD Power rated in its class for initial quality... nothing like the pre-2020's in terms of build, standard equipment and infotainment. Go Buy an Alfa!

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

I saw a car that I was interested in and called the dealership, Smythe Volvo in Summmit. I spoke to a salesmen, Jesus Garcia. I drove to the dealership to see and test drive the care. Jesus was very accommodating. His warm and kind nature made it easy and comfortable in deciding on the car. When we got back to the office I gave an offer and it was excepted. Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

BMW's, specifically M series can sometimes get a bad rep for reliability and the markup in service cost if out of warranty. This couldn't be further from the truth...I've owned two f80 M3s and these things are extremely well-engineered and other than the random crankhub issues (typically caused by loose crankbolts from the factory or bad tunes that on-ramp torque too quickly) these cars are bullet-proof. I've put over 70,000 miles on this chassis and have had ZERO headaches, zero mechanical surprises and nothing but a xxxx eating grin from ear to ear each and every time I drive one. BMW did a knockout job mechanically and cosemetically with this generation F8X M3 and they've prooven to hold-up against the test of time. With petrol engines being phased out, this car is sure to continue to hold it's value!!!

This is a beautiful car, I love the heated seats, I love the heat on my back. This car is excellent on gas! I loveee my Elantra!

Amazing car, but the door windows are so large, even the slightest bit of being rolled down blows rear passengers away! Not to mention the back glass causes the rear passengers a bit of a sun burn as well! Also, the clear coat on the car literally disintegrated within a few years, even with proper care. Other than that, the Vtec is a nice feature, power everything is also nice.

I was in need of a new vehicle after an accident. Having previously purchased two cars from Sussex Honda, I naturally headed there for a third. Gary greeted me with a smile and we chatted for a while. He showed concern about me, the accident, and my current needs and preferences. He accompanied me on a test drive in a new CR-V hybrid which I ultimately purchased. Gary was knowledgable, personable, patient in his explanations, and encouraged me to stop in for any questions that I might have. I am very pleased with my overall experience including the short amount of time it took to complete the financial process with Chris.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
