Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

We went to the dealership to trade in our Journey. I told my husband before we got there ?I sure hope we don?t get a true salesman. I truly dislike ?salesman?!!!! To much of our delight Ben was our salesman and he was a delight to work with. He listened to what we wanted. He made suggestions. He didn?t dismiss the little lady like most guys do. I woukd buy my next car from him.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

My wife and I have both purchased our vehicles from East Tennessee Ford, the sales associates have been phenomenal every time. I recently needed a part fixed on my F250 that I attempted to have serviced at Ford of Cookeville, there service was awful and sent me packing. East Tennessee ford’s service was able to fix my issue without hassle. My only negative was my wife’s recent purchase of a 2025 explorer came with a “full detail” it was negotiated with our sales associate to have my F250 receive this “full detail”. When I receive my vehicle back I was amazed with how little this “full detail” provided, floors were full of dog hair, no attempts at cleaning the windshield, side mirrors full of bugs, this was merely a wash of the outside but even that was lack luster. East Tennessee Ford has been great however don’t fall for the “full detail” that is offered.

Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.

I am from Michigan and needed service on my Maverick. I called the service department explained my situation and they got me in that day within a couple hours and looked it over and told me it was safe to drive and also did a oil change and tire rotation for me. Thomas was very professional and very helpful given my stressful situation and did everything possible to help me out at the spur of the moment. This would have been a five star review, I’ll share why after the kudos. The service department accommodated my every need in getting an overdue warranty recall taken care of (I had just bought a 2021 Bronco from a local dealer; more on that in my review there). When I first schedule the work I was told it would only take about an hour, so I had planned to wait. The very next day they called to let me know that the time estimate was in error, that it would take up to six hours to accomplish. I rescheduled for the next week, when I had plans to be out of town. They took my vehicle in, ran the tests required, and let me know the results (all good) by the end of that day. My only complaint? When I dropped my vehicle off for service it had a full tank of gas. When I retrieved it after service it was a quarter tank low; thus the one star minus.

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

I drove from Knoxville area to the dealership and was greeted upon my arrival by Jayden Sadowski a sales rep. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Brandon and Jayden made buying this truck very easy. I had been to several dealerships over the past week in the Knoxville area and was given the run around from not having the title with me to my credit union. Brandon and Jayden had me in and out of the store in a couple hours and it was painless compared to my experiences of this previous week.

Absolute best used car experience to date (47 yrs worth). Kevin and Pete were wonderful, very honest with every detail of the vehicle and process. I drove up from Atlanta GA 3hrs because of the pictures, documents and conversation with Kevin about the vehicle. I've been looking for weeks and seen may similar vans but by far this one was the best option for me and to make a 3hr drive i had to be completely comfortable with the details about the vehicle and price. No games at all. and they went way above and beyond even traveling 30 miles out of the way when I mistakenly setup to drop off my rental car at the wrong location. I've been told Ford is not making the Fiesta anymore! So glad I found this one, she's a beauty 😍 I bought mine new (Ingot Silver) I lovingly call her Inga...😂 Sunroof and all..in Florida. My 1st new affordable car since I was active duty USAF back in the 90's. Pathetic,huh?

Pete was very easy to deal with and had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived. I had driven down from Southwest Ohio to purchase my vehicle and did not want to spend a lot of time at the dealership since we had a long drive back. He made the process painless. No surprises after we arrived.

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

Had 2021 sr. car was rear ended and, if not for car, I would be dead. All those safety measures took hold, air bags, belts. Couldn't find another like it. Settled for 2018 SV.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.
