AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. By Wednesday evening I was home with the car! AMY was a professional, the business did what they said. No Gimmicks, no false promises, no issues!

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Inherited a 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. 5.7L LT1. 73K miles. Flushed coolant system and installed new water pump and hoses. Some new tires, minor repairs, tinted the rear window. I live in Michigan so it only gets driven in the Summer. I pretend my grandparents are in the back seat. Such a lovely ride. Cloth top is beautiful.

Called to make an appt to diagnose my car. I did NOT know what was wrong with my Audi. My car had no power. I dropped it off to European motorcars they called me within an hr and half and had figured it out! 10/10 recommend staff are so professional, work is done with precise and good timing. A really exquisite driving and ownership experience with this car. The X-Type (X-400) is a beautiful blend of elegance, comfort, and performance without feeling ostentatious. Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

I bought a black 2012 s80 t6 platinum and inscription package with 126k miles about 2 months ago.we had a volvo in the 70s..a 340D..loved that car and any other make would not gsve saved my brothers life When he hit a pier head on with 4 buddies in the car. Anyways my S80 is a beautiful looking car...and as soon as i planted my butt in the heated lesther seats i sank into them with a sigh of pleasure Never have i sat in a car seat like these..certainly a comgortable throne fit for a king I tinted the windows and got 2 out of round rims fixed had volvo jet out the carbon deposits in engine. Replaced all filters and fluids and took her out on the highway and she performed like a purring cheetah with her 300 hp t6 engine she exploded with pace. I love the car and i hope it will be my last.i feel right at home in the car .everyone compliments me on it. ..it gets around 20/21 around town.and anout 26 to 37 on highway..i drove from nyc to lake placid and was falling asleep so i asked my wife to drive it just south of albany..i fell asleep quickly but woke up to a blizzard and my wife doing 85 mph..i flipped out abd told her how dangerous foung this was..she just looked at me with a smile and said.."its a fast car honey no one is passing me"..well my filipina wife ( who never drove in snow storm) says ..no one is passing us..i said please pullover and i would drive the rest of way..the car handles heavily on mountain bendy roads and as storm got heavier i switched to winter mode ( put into manual and drive in 3rd gear) the car stuck to the roaD like glue in the snow with all season radials..the car performed like a champ all trip..my love affair with the car continues and i just hope it last for ever...its the furst time a car ever actually made me feel happy..literally I hope the cost of maintenace wont be that bad and we keep on chugging along

As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.

Overall it was a good experience! I had no issues during the process as everything ran smoothly.

The customer service was good. Car buying process was also good. Great prices and clean cars. Had a problem with my car the day after driving buying it and driving it home and had to have it towed back to J and F's shop. They ended up fixing the vehicle and paying for my tow bill and rental car charges. Needless to say they made it right, although I would expect nothing less. Only thing I wasn't happy with was their mechanic shop. I don't know how they could sale and send out a truck that breaks down the following day BUT they were very apologetic and ultimately made up for it. I will definitely go back.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!
