Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

The car has pluses and a few minuses. First the good things. It is by far one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven, especially highway driving. You barely feel the road. Breaking is quick and responsive which adds to the smooth driving experience. The car is agile and has a impressive turning radius. Engine performance is adequate but acceleration is a bit weak especially taking it from 0 to 60. so you will not be passing every car on the road with this. Also the car sways a bit in high winds so it feels like you have to fine tune the steering at highway speeds to stay in lane. Exterior stying of car is also a bit unorthodox with it's small 15 inch wheels and oversized headlights. Interior is very comfortable for most people seats are comfortable with good back support. The rear seating is large for a subcompact with excellent legroom . The dash is not terribly impressive though cheap plastic is used and the glove compartment is too small . Also audio system is subpar and basic. What I love about the car is the price, the gas mileage and the comfort and reliability. If your looking for fancy or fast look elsewhere.

No high pressure sales. They basically just let me take the car out for a good long drive, crawl under it, look under the hood, check it all out. They Even made sure that the AC was totally charged and ready to rock and roll.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

When I was in the passenger seat, the ride was extremely smooth. Unlike the KIA Forte, the Elantra was the car for me when I wanted to buy my first car.

I was not in any way, shape, or form in the market for a car in today's market. My car was paid for, I was completely happy with it for the time being, and not having a payment was one less thing to worry about. My paid off car, with no payments, was totaled while sitting in a parking spot on a main street a few weeks ago. Out the window went my "keep my paid off car until the market gets better plans"! After much research (I live in Athens County), I discovered Don Wood had a decent inventory across all of their locations, so off to Athens I went (I went to the Don Wood Toyota location). Sales Consultant, Bruce Simpkins, is the best, kindest, most caring sales person I have met to date (I have bought at least 17 cars over the years)! I explained my situation, but unfortunately, finding a decent car with less than 100,000 miles for under $15,000 in today's market, is a struggle. The struggle was so real, I left discouraged and unable to find anything that evening. The next day I received a text from Bruce letting me know they had just received a vehicle with low mileage. He had the car cleaned, detailed, and ready for me to test drive when I came in, and I bought the car. Financing was made easy by Donna, in finance, who was also a joy to work with, and was able to help me navigate a warranty purchase. He made what was an extremely stressful situation into an enjoyable experience for someone that had no choice but to purchase a vehicle during a pandemic with the current car sales market. He took the time to listen to my situation, evaluate my needs, and was kind and thoughtful. He found the perfect car for me, with low mileage (34,000), at the right price, so I am forever grateful. Side note, he also set up installation for an add-on I wanted on the car, at a great price, with a car to drive while mine is having the work completed. Shopped for a Certified pre owned. XLE for 2 months. Found this one 150 miles from home. Purchased to replace a 2012 Camry XLE which had been an excellent car. All of the new "tech" on the 2023 took a little time to learn but after 4 months it is great. I am an old guy and don't know why I waited so long to own a Toyota Camry. My experience with a Camry has exceeded that of any other domestic automobile I have owned and I have owned several. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a mid size, comfortable, reliable source of transportation.

Shaun is a really nice guy, doesn't try to push u into buying a car, the thing I love the most is they will let u take the car overnite and they let u test drive the cars without them, I have recommended them before to others and would do it again, as well as buy from there again

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

10/10 experience with Kelly Whitten when buying my 2025 Gt Line k5. Kelly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was able to communicate with Kelly back and forth all day while I was at work. He got the deal done. I forwarded him some items and came in to sign and pick up the car and was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with Kelly going over all the features of the car as well. The lady in finance was great too! She didn’t push me into buying gap or an upgraded warranty. She explained it all to me and then let me decide. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

I bought my car in 2014 with 5 miles on it. I changed the oil, had the CVT fluid changed at the intervals recommended by Nissan and I never had any problems with my car. Someone hit me and totaled my vehicle the end of September 2023. My car had 159,999 in the odometer at that time. I was trying to make it last as long as possible. I know what others say about this car but it was a great car and I’ve never had any issues or problems with it. Sad to see it gone.
