I was searching for a very specific vehicle, one which came to the lot of Hertz Car Sales in Warminster, PA. My online inquiry was very quickly answered by Mike Moore, one of the sales staff. He was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions about the car and the sales process and worked closely with my lender all while out of state. He worked diligently to find answers to all of my complicated questions, taking lots of time. Unfortunately, the deal fell through to no fault of Mike. We received a comparable offer on the exact same car at a dealer much closer to our home (where Warminster is a little over two hours away and out of state). I strongly recommend that you work with Mike when searching for a car. He was honest, trustworthy, and thorough in giving me all of the information to make an informed decision. He encouraged me to make the decision that was best for us, even if that meant our buying a car elsewhere. That says a lot about Mike's integrity and commitment to service. Thank you, Mike! Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. And I can’t leave Chris out !!!!

Great value for your money. Surpassed toyota canary for price and value. Only downside small 6.5 screen other than that the gas mileage is through the roof.

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I’m not someone who decides fast, but they made me feel relaxed. No “buy now or regret later” talk. Just normal people who understand you need time. Left in a great mood.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. I have had a 2008 aveo5 for 5 or 6 years and it got into a flood in 2021 but my stepdad died it out, took out the seats, emptied all fluids and put new in and it still worked. Hatchback sucks and no electric windows, but i love it

Regular service, oil change, grease and tire rotation. The car needed a good wash and they did that too. All very timely and at reasonable cost. We bought this car used and have been getting it serviced here since buying it. Service has always been wonderful.

This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. I typically don’t write reviews but just had to do so after my recent experience with Karissa at Scott Volvo. I really struggled with this decision on which car to buy as I had been driving a previous brand for many years and was comfortable, loved the service and had no complaints. I went to look at the XC90, not even intending to buy it and absolutely loved it. The google voice, spacious console interior, simplicity of design and overall quality of workmanship was great and it drove beautifully. Karissa at Scott was so knowledgeable and when I mentioned that I was struggling with my decision she said take the car home and see if you like it. I often struggle with new technology and the Volvo technology is so intuitive, additionally the car manual is on the screen and anything you need to find you can search and hover over a hot spot and it’s all there. I also had a hard time deciding on the particular color and the car with the exact specification had to be brought in from Virginia which Karissa facilitated with patience and efficiency, even giving me a new loaner in the process.. The whole buying process took less than an hour which was also something I was not used to. Karissa and Todd are truly the best sales team I have ever worked with and went out of their way to make my buying experience extraordinarily.

After visiting at least 10 dealerships across a bunch of brands, we chose to purchase our XC60 Recharge from Scott. The sales rep we worked with, Howard D., was excellent in his explaining why Volvo is the car we should choose. He went into great detail, calling on his deep knowledge and expertise in Volvo, about the features and functions—as well as the differences in trim levels—of the 5-seater SUV. Not only do I recommend Scott for a Volvo purchase, I recommend Howard as the sales rep to help you decide what model best fits your needs. Howard also very clearly explained how to best take advantage of price incentives, and federal rebates. So while he was so effective in selling us a brand new XC60, he also greatly helped us save money in the process!
