Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! I have owned many cars, but have NEVER received the compliments like I do on this vehicle. I have a 2019 VW Arteon SEL Premium R-Line 4 Motion. It now has 82,000 and I bought it with under 30,000 3 years ago. I love this car. I perform all scheduled maintenance, but otherwise have not spent a dime in the repair shop. Prior to the end of the manufacturer warranty, I purchased the extended warranty to 150k miles or 10 years. The vehicle has the most spacious back seat of any car out there, with a 6-3 person able to fit without knees touching with front seat set normally. One thing I have not seen mentioned is, that with all of the other amazing features, the car will perfectly parallel park itself and will let you know if a spot is big enough. I just learned about this myself in last month. I played with it and it works perfectly. All you do is shift and give a little gas, but it does all steering. I have taken several trips of hundreds of miles each. In this car, they are very comfortable and easy. The seat massage is sufficient and the ventilated seats work great. Mileage, performance, ride quality, and comfort are amazing. Recently, I had a new BMW X5 as a rental. I couldn’t wait to get back to my Arteon. Any Arteon owner will agree how magnificently they steer and drive. I love everything about this best kept secret in the auto business. I plan to keep this car till the wheels fall off. A first for me. I highly recommend this car. Thank you VW for making such an amazing vehicle. Oh, by the way, the Arteon was made in Germany and is of impeccable build quality, as we all expect from the Germans.

No repairs required runs great beautiful design brakes are squeaking seems to be stalling when going basic speed. Love the interior exterior design comfortable ride

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I purchased this vehicle in 2021.with low miles off of lease. Beautiful car I got so many compliments from people who saw it on the road etc. very comfortable roomy back seat. Would be great limo Or lift vehicle! Massaging seats for longer rides. Glad I had opportunity to own one. It was a dream car!supercharged!

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

So far so good. Test drove many cars at other lots and drove garbage. Went to X Drive and the moment I drove it for only 2 minutes, I knew it was it. Amazing vehicle so far so good. No complaints. Great customer service. Got an extended warranty, I totally recommend them. Even negotiated my price and worked with me. Very honest people.

2003 LE with 102,700 miles. To get 30+ mpg on a 22 year old naturally aspirated motor is nuts! This is as simple as it gets. 95% of what would ever need to be done to keep this on the road I can do in my own garage, and I'm not even a certified mechanic. Still modern enough looking to blend in, peppy enough to keep up, and she'll give you way more bang for your buck than anything new. Just a reliable no nonsense A to B car that after 2 decades is still highly sought after. The key is to find one with a VIN# that starts with a "J" because those were made in Japan! The ones that weren't tend to have the rare little issues that bring her ratings down.

I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

I have owned the car since new. It has been very reliable, extremely comfortable, beautiful and a joy to drive. I strongly recommend it for anyone. I was t-boned by a large pickup truck who ran a red light. The car saved our lives.

I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.
