What an awesome experience. Starting with Dez, salesman going to Steve, Director, and Michelle in finance. Dez listened to what I wanted, Why I wanted a vehicle such as that, and the price range I wanted to spend. They allow you to test drive the vehicle by yourself and look it over well without them trying to "sell it". Strongly recommend thesde folks.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

My Kona was having trouble starting. I contacted my service advisor Asia Anthony and she was able to get me in the following day and replaced my car’s battery. Also able to do oil change. Great experience.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

My car was taken in on time for an oil change. Other issues were discovered and noted in great detail that needed attention that I had no idea about. I got a free tire rotation since I had purchased new tires there last year, and I was given a $100 coupon for all of the work that was done. It's good to know that my car is in good hands and gives me peace of mind. I gave my approval for the work to be done and it was done immediately since they had all the needed parts on hand.

Getting great gas mileage, over 52 MPH avg for the year. Absolutely no mechanical issues after 26,000 miles, just routine maintenance only by the dealer. No recalls.

Brought car in for service. Developed a severe problem a few days after. Called Chris told me to bring the car in ASAP. I did. Chris immediately took care of it. It needed a part. I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

Great car for the price. The warranty sold me and free oil changes for 3/36k miles. I LOVE IT! Kinda small, but doable in every way. I am a single mom with 2 children and we fit perfectly. Did I mention how awesome the warranty is. :)

We bought our 1st car back 2001. Three cars later we bought our fourth car today. We are 4 for 4 here buying new and used cars. If you want a reliable car without falling for gimmicks then you should give them a try. Experience their free warranties, and friendly service. We have no complaints here, only moments of satisfaction. And if you want to go all in and experience all greatness, you should ask for the legendary John Thorton. The man has no negative energies surrounding him. He only has greatness, kindness, and is a great listener. Hopefully his positive energy will rub off you.

I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

It was wonderful. Jose and Case were very helpful, kind and listened to what I wanted. I had been to several dealerships and this one was the best and didn’t make me feel pressured. I really appreciated how I was treated.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. My husband found a car online he liked but after talking with Deshawn, realized it was not the best route. Deshawn made a list of my husband’s top wants and found the perfect car for him! Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Stopped in to look at a Honda Civic I saw on cars.com. The salesman, Joe, was friendly and patient. He showed me a couple other vehicles that fit my criteria. They weren't too flexible on the price, but then again I'm not the best negotiator. Huber is worth a look if you're in the market for a used car. Ask for Joe Millat

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

I had never heard of the Honda Insight, but due to a change in job location, I have a longer commute...unfortunately, the price of gas has increased and I felt the mpg of my current vehicle wouldn’t make sense so I went into a local dealer and I was introduced to a Honda Insight...great mpg and value

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....
