This has been the easiest buying experience ever in my life. I live in Bloomfield, NJ. I saw a low mileage 2018 Honda CRV advertised from BMW of Greenwich on the internet. I called the dealership about the vehicle. I was instantly put on the the phone to Tom Forte. This man in his own words "Is old school". What a gentleman! I told him want I hoped to pay for the car and explained I didn't want drive all the way to Connecticut to haggle over price. Tom Forte immediately contacted his manager to see if we might have a meeting of the minds. Tom quickly emailed me a quote which was close to the price I was hoping for. I took a trip up to Connecticut. I took the car out for a test drive. Their was NO pressure at all. I knew immediately, I liked the vehicle. Tom got an appraisal done on my trade in a matter of minutes after the test drive. He next presented me with an out the door offer, that I thought was GREAT! But I promised myself I wanted to see another vehicle in White Plains. So I told Tom that. Tom did not try to dissuade me in any way. He told me to get back to him if I was interested in completing the deal at BMW of Greenwich. The Honda dealership in White Plains could learn a few things from the folks at BMW of Greenwich! They made me wait at ten minute to talk to me and then another at least a half hour before they could locate the car a wanted to see. The car smelled of old cigarette smoke, and it had other issues. Needless to say, I contacted Tom Forte immediately upon leaving that dealership. I have no regrets! Tom made me feel like a valued customer. On pick-up day, the car was bright and shining and ready to go. Tom offered me coffee and snacks while I was escorted to the finance officer's office. Again, no pressure and no wasting my time, but certainly a warm cordial atmosphere while finalizing all my paper work! Would I like to buy another car from this dealership???? You bet I would! Anytime!! I highly recommend Tom Forte and the staff at Greenwich. Thank-you all for making my buying experience, relaxing, easy, and fun! I love my Honda too! - Maybe next time I'll come back for a BMW!

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

I purchased a used car from Greenwich BMW and couldn’t be more pleased with the process. As an out of state buyer, I was concerned with the potential tax and DMV issues. My sales person was very professional and answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. Upon arrival, the car was in impeccable condition, as stated in the advertisement and they honored the trade in value discussed over the phone. The loan process was quick and there were no surprises! All in all the best car dealership I’ve had.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I had a very specific car in mind, and Anna Marie was patient as she walked me through the process and showed me all of the car's features. During the entire process, she was personable and honest. As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing. I left the dealership feeling good about my overall experience and decision to purchase. Less than two weeks after my purchase, Anna Marie contacted me when my plates arrived, and she and Mike helped me to resolve a post-purchase issue where other dealerships would not have been so helpful. I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

I wanted to buy a used crv ex from 2017, was in market for 3 months, I attended lot of Honda dealers. Most of them either quoted more or argued with me for unnecessary things!! I fiws in near to give up my car buying dream. Luckily I came across Tenfly Honda dealer !!! And ended up buying my own car. But people under this dealership are very kind and had sept t lot of time in explaining details on car future they event took self interest to check gas on my vehicle and made a tank full !! My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.
