Didn't visit dealership, but received info about a 2016 Nissan Frontier. Next time I checked on vehicle was told not available anymore. I was very interested in that vehicle, but was having trouble finding time to visit because it was a good hour from me. Would still be interested in it if still available, before they would take it to auction if still at dealership.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????

My first time buying a car. I know usually you’re not supposed to trust a car salesman, but my experience was different. As soon as I my term loan is payed off I will trade my car in for a car from this same dealership, with the same car salesman. I love it. Wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else.
