This is my second brand new purchase at this dealership and I recommend it to everyone. The sales staff is great along with the service department is exceptional. There was never any pressure to buy, if anything they were very helpful and understanding in what I was looking for. I will always purchase my cars here. I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

I needed a couple of services done with my car a couple days ago. The gentleman at the intake bay and the one who entered my information in the computer were the most pleasant and kind people to interact with. They had such great attitudes. How nice to have such good experience, especially since so many people you interact with lately are just plain miserable and rude. My car was ready on time and I was pleased with the services I had done. Thank you Kia.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

i recently purchased a used vehicle from swanson gmc dealership and i have to say it was the best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. everyone is super friendly and helpful. being a women i have to say this i felt like they had my best interest in mind . no pressure, explained what needed to be explained and answered all my questions . i would strongly recommend this dealership . there is a lot to be said for a smaller family run business .

Great used economy vehicle. I am using this purchase as a Lyft vehicle. Or is economic purchase price and as well to operate. Great reliability I would recommend this vehicle
