This is my second experience buying a new car from Toyota of Braintree. I couldn't be happier with the professional and personal service. I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. Gerry Gorham was great, knowledgeable, and interested in me and my experience. Would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Upon our arrival at Braintree Toyota, we were in the "browsing stage", unsure if we wanted to buy a new vehicle to us. Gerry is very knowledgeable and articulate about the Toyota line. His experience and training makes Gerry able to "translate" the mumbo-jumbo so the non-knowledgeable consumer can understand and make a formative car buying decision. Gerry & the Staff that we met along the way during the car buying experience worked so passionately to make this the best experience. In the future this will be a #1 Dealership to buy from. I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

I took my daughter to Toyota of Braintree to check out Toyota Camry's. This was her first time looking to purchase a car. We ran into salesman Gerry Gorham who could not have been more helpful. We were just there to browse, however, we walked away in one hour with the purchase of a new SE Camry that exceeded our expectations. I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

XLE Camry. Top of the line of the Camrys and has better/safer features that are not available in the LE or SE. I have owned all of them. Lane shifting, blind spot, cruise control automatic traffic stop, self steering with supervision to name a few. Feel much safer in this one than the others on the highways. Love the back up camera. No more twisting.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The car drives very smoothly, handles well on both highways and city roads, and gives excellent gas mileage. The interior is comfortable and modern, with plenty of space and great visibility. I especially love the reliability that Honda is known for and the advanced safety features that make me feel confident while driving. It’s the perfect balance of style, comfort, and performance I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient car.

I have the V6 TRD Camry. It’s very quick and reliable. It’s ground affects are great. I love this vehicle and get lots of compliments at the gas station and grocery store parking lots.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

I recently decided to look for a new car and embarked on the dreaded dealership tours. Before I did so, I researched a number of makes/models and dealerships on line, checked Consumer Reports for the most reliable Compact SUVs and got a written CarMax price on my trade-in. I visited Coastal Nissan and other dealers on the South Shore and Auto-Mile. I test drove four vehicles from three dealerships including a Subaru and Honda, and ended up with a Nissan Rogue which I think was the best deal for me, with the particular bells and whistles I wanted, a fair price for my trade-in, a reasonable sales price and great financing. Of the three dealerships I visited, Coastal was by far the most professional, and the sales staff (Harry Webster and manager Steve Delany) and Finance guy Sean were competent and experienced, and at no time did I feel any pressure Unlike a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have no problem highly recommending Coastal Nissan.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

It was a busy day. I needed a new tire which not planned but was done. I didn?t have time to get an inspection sticker.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Very consistent in describing problems and priority of recommended action. I'm impressed with how well they do exactly what they suggest, and when. Service rep and mechanic always seem to be on the same page.

Buying a used car can be problematic, but Cam simplified the process and met all of my needs. First you do have to do your homework, some cars just are not reliable from the factory and there is no changing this in the used market, so make sure you know what you want and the reviews that go along with it. I decided I wanted a full size Chevy Suburban and Padula had the one I wanted with the specifications I was looking for. Cam gave me the Carfax for the car, and I drove it for a long test drive with no questions asked. I submitted the upgrades I wanted to the vehicle and Cam said no problem. A big shout out to Paul and everyone in the garage for all their help as well..

I love my optima but sunroof guide is broken little part is coming out and hitting my grandson head now I can use I put black tape because is not close right I go to the dealer and he said I need to fixed asap also associated from there love my car is so clean please I need help is my family car also I take my wife for doctors appointment she have stage 3 leaver

I was in a car accident in the middle of April (not my fault). The other driver was an uninsured motorist. It was taking to long for my own insurance company to cut me a check for my vehicle that they had declared totaled. I needed a vehicle immediately so I started searching on the internet. I found the perfect vehicle at Padula Auto, the only problem was that it was 75 miles from my house and I was low on cash waiting for the insurance check. I talked with Cam and he set me up with financing. This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The car was originally owned by an older couple and sat in their garage for a number of years. Cam told me not to worry, they would take care of any issues I had due to the vehicle not being driven, literally, for years. I drove the car home and it passed the NH Safety and Emissions Inspections with flying colors. Two days later I noticed smoke coming from the engine, the rubber boot on my axle shaft assembly had split and grease was leaking onto the motor. My mechanic replaced it and true to his word, sight unseen, Cam sent me a check to cover the cost. Three days after that I got two flat tires. The sidewalls of those two tires had blown out because the car sat so long. I went to the mechanic and had four brand new tires installed, sent Cam the bill and, once again, he took care of the bill sight unseen. My car has run great since the first time I drove it. I can't say enough good things about Cam and the employees at Padula Auto. I do know this, the next time I'm looking for a vehicle the first place I'm checking is Padula Auto, even if it is 75 miles from home.

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

Got my 08 ISF in 09 just hit 155K keep it in tip top condition. My daily driver, triple digits MPH are not uncommon on the daily. :) Love this car and the rarity of it. Seems to be catching on in the social verses these days as im getting increased compliments over the past 2 years. I plan on keeping it well into its classic age
