I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue

I have owned this vehicle since new. To this day I cannot bring myself to turn it in for the new version. This car is truly spectacular. Performance wise it is incomparable. Few autos costing three times the sticker price of the CTS-V can keep up. i have owned all of the Vs and still own the original XLR-V. Another truly amazing drive.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

I bought this car used from friend they did have motor problem but they bought it new so kia replaced motor and my daughter drove it couple years then when she graduated I took Kia and bought her new car for her and grandkids and I have been happy with it. It's my everyday car because it gets great MPG. It's got 160k miles about 50K on new motor. So far no issues just keep her up to date on oil changes and stuff. It's 1st Kia I ever owned and I would definitely give them another go if time to buy another vehicle.

I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!
