From the moment I walked in to the dealership, Jeff made me feel welcome and at ease. Having walked in the Porsche showroom (accidentally), I joked to Jeff that I'd love to be in the market for a Porsche, but that it was beyond my price range (I was looking for a used vehicle under $16,000!). He said it didn't matter to him what I was there to buy and he was delighted to help me. I couldn't be more impressed with his no-hassle, no-pressure, and friendly demeanor. After test-driving a couple of cars, I drove all over greater Portland and did a lot more car shopping at other area dealerships. After spending another two days test driving other cars (and dealerships/sales staff), I went back to Jeff at Morong knowing I was, without a doubt, in the best hands, getting the best customer service. (I wish I hadn't wasted my time at other dealerships, but am grateful to have confirmed my confidence in Morong.) I called Jeff as soon as I walked away from my final test drive at another dealer and asked if the car I wanted was still available. Thankfully it was. He speedily ran it thorough a final service check so that I could have it by COB on a Friday. Jordan was equally impressive when it came time to finalize the deal and documentation. It has been over a month since my purchase and I'm as delighted as the Friday I picked up my new (to me) Kia Sorento. Yep... a Kia from a high-end dealer. The car is in pristine condition, full leather, heated and cooled seats, luxury package. I recommend Morong highly and without reservation. Thanks to the entire dealership, and Jeff in particular. I'll be back when it's time. In the meantime, I recommend you to anyone I know who's in the market for a car.

I will always use Portsmouth Chevy. There service department is superior to any others. They are very trustworthy and do not try to force you to have service done that is not needed.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

I am pleased to be able to write this as I recently had an unexpectedly pleasant experience with a service appointment at Berlin City Honda. From the moment I arrived until I drove off the lot, I felt like the most important person in the place. I was given accurate time and cost expectations. The waiting area was very comfortable. The dealership offers a shuttle service with a comfortable vehicle and a capable, friendly driver. I was picked up in 5 minutes after calling for a ride back. The car was fixed well within the time period I was given and the fix was perfect. The inside was cleaner than when it went in the garage and the price was less than expected. I have had car since 2021 and have no problems since purchase. Purchased car with 12500 miles at the time. Right now I am working from home, so not as much mileage daily, but performance is still good.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

My service rep was prompt and he explained the situation to me. Hoping this solves the issue with my Colorado, as this has happened before with my 2018 Colorado.

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

If your vehicle is due for a recall service. It would be good to know before you got there for another service.i was exepecting an hour for the service but waited for 4hrs to get the recall done.

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.
