Ricky over at rossco gave me a very comfortable buying experience, he showed me his inventory in my range and even told me to take the vehicle to a mechanic for reassurance. My grandma drove this car off the lot, brand new. Has been a great car. After a few years it was passed on to my mom, then my dad, and now me. I’ve driven this car for 3 years now but unfortunately there is too much maintenance to be done for the money. Around 160k miles for us it has had minimal issues so I’d say it’s a great car. It started when we got back from a trip and one of the cylinders were misfiring (which was a spark plug and an easy fix). Around 170k miles we were driving it and it ended up overheating. We got it towed and it ended up being the water pump going out (as well as the serpentine belt needing to be replaced). After that we drove it for a few weeks but it started running rough, then we went to go home from work one night and it was idling super rough so we drove it home and decided not to use it until we could get it towed to a mechanic. It was blowing out lots of white smoke. Turns out the head gasket has blown (which we think was from the overheating done originally). Car has officially made it to 173k miles. We were hoping more but it’s not horrible considering. Something to look out for is this also burns a lot of oil. Be sure to check it often, every two weeks depending on how much you drive. Wish the engine had a recall or something for that issue. Overall great car but from my reading, don’t get a 2007-2013 if used since these are the years for oil consumption issues.

I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all. Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately. The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found! If I could give a higher score I would - extremely happy with value.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

I had my oil changed with no concerns. Staff was nice.

It's been a reliable and dependable car, other than a waterpump replacement early on, under warranty, it has had no mechanical issues. I purchased this car new from the dealership.

Few years ago bought a 1998 saturn from them when i needed a work car. haggled a little on the price. Within 20 minutes I was out of there with a good work car. I honestly didnt expect much from the car but it lasted me a full year before it had major mechanical failure... Just thought I would add some positive feedback on deal.

I owned a 2013 LS from 2013-2020. I had the 1.8 L which seems to have less problems than the 1.4 turbo. From the years I owned it the water pump needed to be replaced and regular maintenance. As the base model the interior wasn’t the greatest but it was meant to get me from A to B. I eventually traded it in for a 2020 equinox. Overall the Cruze did well for me.

I have always taken my cars to McGrath and they have always treated me great , Tyler and the rest of the service department is always friendly and greets you with a smile. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you understand everything,

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

It waa so easy to purchase this car. It was a really great deal, they were flexible and quick, and he even took an extra $100 since it was my daughter's first car. Will definitely go back when I need a car for myself!

I bought a 2011 w/ 7k miles and now have 163k miles. Very few issues new water pump 5 years ago, 2 brake jobs, synthetic oil changes every 3k miles, replaced windshield wiper motor. Very good vehicle for the $. Buying slightly used saved me $7k.

Great used economy vehicle. I am using this purchase as a Lyft vehicle. Or is economic purchase price and as well to operate. Great reliability I would recommend this vehicle

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Before my grandpa passed away in September 2023, he had it in his will to give me his 2012 Impala. I got his car as a Christmas present that year. Since then, I've enjoyed driving the old Impala. A car with 300 hp AND 30 mpg on the highway? Yes! Thanks, Grandpa, for your love of American cars! Thanks, Chevrolet, for making such a great car! I love how roomy my car is, how great the audio system is, and how relevant the Driver Information Center (DIC) is! I highly recommend this car to anyone.

Simply a great car - very reliable, fun to drive with awesome gas mileage. Used as a commuter car and with the front wheel drive, had no issues in the snow. Highly recommend the Cruze!

Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

Trying to get reimbursed for failed TIR ROD ENDS THAT CAUSED CRASH at 73,00/ miles. Originals had plastic plates, not safe. Had MOOG brand to replace. Other than that and worn tires (Michelin Defenders). No serious issues. Handled well in corners. Fair, not great, fuel mileage. 3.0, 24 valve engine other. No leaks so far. Tie rod ends caused CRASH. Overcharged times FOUR to repair. Upsetting. I keep car up to showroom quality. Tie rod ends that BREAK,van cause death or huge injury. However. Insecure now psychologically. Afraid of more issues. xxxx!

It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

Bought a diesel version with 40k miles, has been bullet proof I average 50mpg! Drives nice and has every thing I could want for a daily commuter! 190k going strong

My family and I have purchased 9 cars from Four Guys Auto. They have always sold us good quality cars. But, above that they have always been honest and trustworthy. They have gone above and beyond the listed warranty. When purchasing a vehicle, they have always been straight forward about the pros and cons of the vehicle. If they vehicle was expensive to work on, they would tell us. If the vehicle got bad gas mileage, they would tell us. If there was anything wrong the vehicle, they would tell us. Over the years, they have become family. I think that's because they never once tried to "sell" us a car. They are simply good at what they do, and have a passion for what they do. Places like Four Guys Auto are hard to find. Support a local, family owned business.

2014 Malibu has been the perfect car. 355,000 miles and still going strong. Only minor repairs (wheel bearings, 1 O2 sensor and a valve timing solenoid), all preventative maintenance, and 33mpg lifetime average. Drivers seat is worn but all else is still in good condition.

Brady contacted me right away after building a TRX online. He showed me the Rebel which was also a very nice truck but we put in the order for the TRX! I've owned a Sonata 2.0T Limited since 2011. Only major issue was metal shavings in the engine block. Hyundai installed a new engine and everything us been perfect for the next 47K miles. I'm also 6'5" and over 300Lbs but I'm always comfortable when driving or being a passenger in the front seat. I would buy another one but my wife wants something higher to stay above the traffic.

Luxury and over 40 MPG made this vehicle ideal for spending 75 minutes commuting to and from work every day. Excellent for long trips too.
