We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

My regular service advisor was not on duty so I was greeted by Michael D’Loia who precisely understood that I didn’t want tire rotation service because I had a tire contract elsewhere and that I wanted the air filter I purchased elsewhere to be installed and I would only pay for the install. Also, I wanted the old filter(smile). He graciously noted my requests and after my car was ret’d all of my specifications had been followed. Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.
