This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

Overall I had a good experience working with VINS. They were helpful and responsive. They are a full service dealership, assisting with TTL, shipping and financing. VINS does have some fees in addition to the cost of the car, but overall their price was competitive with the fees included. They are up front about the fees early in the discussion which is helpful. They were happy to provide all the necessary information to verify this was the right vehicle for me. Thanks!

This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

On 12-23-24; I had the pleasure of working with Darren Badillo (sales rep), Corey Davis (GM) and Stacey from the finance dept. When I say I received A1 service would be an understatement. This dealership and the employees made buying a car seem like walking in a pizza shop and ordering a slice of pizza (that simple). We got started at 10am and I walked (drove) out at 10:48am with a 2019 Mercedes E53 AMG. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to buy at VINS MD and ask for Darren.

One of the best cars we’ve ever had. Very comfortable and fun to drive. Would recommend the AWD Long Range for the extra power, upgraded stereo and range. The ‘24 is quieter and more refined than its predecessor. The only negative is the lack of turn signal stalks. Not sure what they were thinking but it is a terrible idea…One that I’m sure that they will reverse in the coming years.

I recently bought a 2021 Tesla. I buy most of my cars online and sight unseen. The bottom line is that I had a great experience with VINs. Louis and Corey were great and worked through several unanticipated issues with me. They were honest and would not give me the car until it was in pristine condition. When I was in the passenger seat, the ride was extremely smooth. Unlike the KIA Forte, the Elantra was the car for me when I wanted to buy my first car.

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

This is my third Hyundai and the second time I bought a Santa Fe from Annapolis Hyundai. I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

If you are looking for an Alfa Romeo or a Maserati then Alberto is definitely the guy you want to call! Alberto knows everything about these Italian cars, and loves them. I already knew what I wanted and Alberto worked with me over the phone to get me that exact car, in a very short time. When I went to pick my Alfa up Alberto also took the time to show me all the other cars at the dealership. I can truly say I enjoyed spending extra time there and getting to see the other cars. There was no pressure and Alberto was happy to satisfy my curiosity about any of the cars I asked him about at Criswell. Mike was knowledgable, easy to work with, and he made me feel very comfortable throughout every step of the process. I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3i Grand Touring Hatchback (manual transmission) in 2014 and the previous owner had put 30K miles on it. I've now got 140K and still love the car. Outside of recommended maintenance, the only repair expense I've had was I decided to replace the clutch. It hadn't failed but it was starting to show some slippage. I haven't even had to replace the brake pads yet! As for likes and dislikes that someone checking out this car might not notice just from looking, here are some negatives: 1) The 1-2 shift is always a bit notchy but others are smooth. 2) The 2.0L doesn't have a lot of power in the lower revs but 3000-4000 rpms it's pretty spirited (assuming you don't have four large adults in the car) 3) I ended up replacing the OEM headunit (the BOSE with Navigation) with an Eonon. I had issues getting the Eonon working early on but after a couple updates, it's been a huge improvement. 4) The biggest negative is that at some point, I'll have to let it go. On the positive side: 1) It handles great, 2) It carries a decent amount for its size 3) It gets good gas mileage (I used to average 35mpg but in recent years my driving in this car has been more around town and it's fallen back to 31-32.) 4) It's been extremely reliable. 5) The front seats are very comfortable (I'm 5'7" and the car fits me great. I imagine taller people would not be as comfortable.)
