Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.

What really helped my decision to buy here was the fact that they did not charge me a convenience fee to use my Card. I got a really good deal because the car is great And I really love it.

Doesn't look great on the exterior honestly, but it definitely can when you get the higher trims. However, the interior is spacious and has comfortable seating, simple controls and amazing sound quality for your music. I got one with the column shifter and double bench seat, which is really nice when you need to squeeze all your buddies in the car. The Camaro derived V6 is punchy, full of life and lets the car rip to your hearts desire. Still, I average about 34 mpg when I drive, so it's quite fuel efficient, especially for a large American car! Also has a massive trunk to fit more stuff in. I simply wish there was more aftermarket support for modifications.

The Hertz website gives you the full price of the car (fees and taxes included) which helped me compare the cost of cars at other dealerships. Jim at Hertz car sales was straightforward, honest, and fun to talk to. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. A check engine light appeared on my car a day after purchasing it and their mechanic worked diligently to fix it. Overall, I highly recommend buying from them. Their listed prices may seem more expensive but their full prices are competitive as they charge lower fees than other dealerships.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

We needed to find a good quality used Honda in a short time to replace our car that was in an accident. Eric Campisi, the owner of Autoplex, drove the car to our home for us to look at and test drive. He was extremely helpful, informative and kind. He also helped us arrange financing. We bought a 2013 Honda Civic LX Sedan in very good condition and are pleased with it. Eric's willingness to bring the car to us is what made the sale, along with the high quality of the car itself. I haven't purchased a used car since I was a teenager and was a bit wary of what I might expect, but Eric made the whole transaction completely painless.

Love my 2017 Malibu Lt. Never any issues with engine , interior etc. new battery. Good performance. A reliable car . Sits 5 comfortably. Plenty of trunk space

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Fun daily driver with nice response time. The exterior is sharp (especially compared to the new models). The exhaust has a great throaty tone to it. My biggest complaint is the interior air controls. All subarus have them and they are not intuitive.

I went into the dealership on Saturday 1/14 looking to purchase a new 2023 E Class, as there are so few in inventory anywhere, I figured I would have to order one, and wait a couple months for it's arrival. I met with Naaman, a superb sales consultant, who took the time to hear exactly what I was looking for, and to work out a deal to purchase out my existing MB vehicle. To my luck, an E-Class was set to be delivered to the dealership with almost all of the options/colors/packages I was looking for. We figured the vehicle would be delivered within two weeks, as it had just arrived in port the day prior. To my luck, the vehicle was delivered the following Thursday, and with the professional and very friendly help and guidance of Finance Manager, Karen Williams, we finalized the deal in less than an hour and I was driving home. Overall, superb, friendly, professional service from Mercedes Benz of Clearwater. I have purchased/leased by two previous MB vehicles through a larger dealership in the area, however the personalized service offered here supersedes my past experience (not to say it was bad by any means...). This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

There were no hidden fees or sneaky sale tactics. Straight forward and honest! Would recommend.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

The truck was super clean and in great shape. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I bought a used Honda from Hertz back in August, Julianna was my saleslady. She was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful,and patient. She was able to answer all my questions. The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their inventory is top quality, and I felt confident in my purchase from day one. I’m already planning to buy my daughter’s car from them next year!

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.
