It's been a long time since I've experienced such honest and caring service when buying an automobile as I have at Akron Auto Sales. I simply can't say enough good things about this family owned business, but I'll mention a few. The first contact with Rachael: I was running late due a traffic snarl and it was nearly their closing time. Rachel said not to worry we'll wait for you. When I got there I was slightly stressed, but Rachel was so relaxed and assured me to take whatever time I needed to look over the Toyota 4Runner I had called about. After a quick check of the car, I asked her to hold the car until morning when I could come back for a better. inspection. I subsequently bought the car and I really enjoy owning it. Now for the service AFTER the sale. The business addressed every little concern both at the time of sale and for several weeks afterward. Their mechanics are phenomenal. Jordan has an unbelievable memory and attentiveness to the details of my concerns, and even fixed several small items I was willing to do myself. I am just not used to such "old school" service where someone cares so much about the customer. I could easily go on and on. I would not hesitate to buy any car on their lot. So I bought this car with no intention of owning it long... but now I love it! Have the SE with the 2.0 (which I read with the 6 spd is most reliable). My only complaint is that it could have more power for maneuvering into traffic... that said it's getting me 37+ mpg going 80 and even over mountain passes. It has great weight distribution and corners almost as well as my bmw 3 series did thanks to the Alpha Romeo chassis. The shifts are smooth - even in high traffic freeway driving and over the mountain passes (maintains whatever speed I want over the passes as well). It's comfortable on long drives - have a 5 hour drive 2x per month. I kind of hate that I love it so much - but also a value shopper - so I take that it was so cheap to purchase into consideration. It only has 68k miles, so interested to see how it holds up in the long run... haven't had any issues at all with it over the past 12k miles I've owned it. It was well maintained by the original owners.

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

I bought this car in 2013 for $15,500 and this car has been very reliable, minor problems in almost a 15 year old car. Good on gas ...All I do is maintenance and it's been good to me oil change brakes got my money's worth. Car now has 133,000 miles.

I bought this 2002 in January, 2002. It has less than 70,000 miles! It has never been snowed, rained, off the road on since I have owned it. It is mint, showroom condition. It is garaged and shares it with my 2007 Ford Explorer which has less than 35000 miles. My town car has had very little maintenance issues in its 20 year history. Replaced the module on the air suspension, left door module for the rear view mirror, two tuneups and two sets of Vogue whitewall tires. Overall, my TownCar is the best of the four I have owned! Based on what I found out from Lincoln, the 2002 is the only one that has never been recalled for any issues! Of course, it is worth very little today, but I can assure anyone, I would never sell it! My dealer in Phoenix wanted me to put it on display, but I declined! Would I buy the Lincoln Continental today? No! There is a rumor that Lincoln is considering bringing back the Town Car in 2022. I saw the rendition of the vehicle and it looks similar to the Town Car with suicide rear doors, but as far as looking like a Town Car like I have, I would only say, somewhat, maybe. I will keep my Town Car for as long as it continues to serve me and it surely does. It has dual exhausts and I get 300HP as well as very good gas mileage; 18MPG to 27MPG. Not bad for a car that is almost 20 years old cost me $51,000.00, and weighs 5900GVW! A true treasure. It is the Cartier with all the bells and whistles I will ever need!

Bought the vehicle used with 90,000k. At 147,000k now for 3 years. Mostly highway driving. Downsides...Bad battery placement, poor alternator design, had to replace due to the pulley clutch. My 4cyl. Is a dog; way underpowered. The main power and is around 4,000rpm. That's really pushing this little 4 banger. The engine struggles over almost any grade in the road, especially in cruse. There are huge blind spots at the rear A pillar. The unprotected wires for the airbag sensors under the seats cause the airbag light to come on. Now the upsides. Best looking sedan in it's class, hands down. Alloy wheels, steering wheel controls, lighted cup holders, clean interior. Relatively comfortable seats. Excellent gas mileage (23-28mpg). The 6 speed automatic transmission makes the dogish 4cyl make the car driveable, as well as the slap manual for shifting. The radio has a HDD drive that holds a gig of music storage. Excellent sound system. Large trunk, rear seat access through the armrest. Overall; with preventive maintenance, driving responsibly, and regular oil changes/tune-ups I would expect another 100,000k (knock on wood).

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.

I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

When I got there, the SUV that I had reserved to come see was being driven at the time, which I thought was odd because I reserved a specific time and day. So I got to test drive a 2020 Kia Sol, very nice ride, but not what I was looking for! The sales person was really cool and honest with me. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything they could do for me. I really appreciated his willingness and honesty while helping me with my situation! It just didn’t out.

Bought a diesel version with 40k miles, has been bullet proof I average 50mpg! Drives nice and has every thing I could want for a daily commuter! 190k going strong

Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

I bought my 2013 Dodge dart brand new in November of 2012. My kids called it my in life crisis car I called it My last car I'm ever going to buy 😂 it is now April of 2024 and I have 24,500 mi on the car and the only thing I've had to do was normal maintenance, change oil and replace tires. I love the Dodge dart and I checked the gas mileage last weekend after a trip and I got 32 mi to the gallon. Very happy! When I dye my grandson will be happy to have it also.
