We viewed a 2024 KIA Forte online, and Gary was great in assisting us in the process. Stand up salesman. After buying the car I noticed a decent crack in the body underneath the front bumper. Gary had told me to reach out for anything so I did. He quickly consulted with the GM who said they would charge me there cost with minimal labor. I should’ve noticed it originally so I really appreciate the help with the estimate. I will be back to get fixed. Also thanks to John in collision. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Worth buying needs a good owner :) i haven't got to really enjoy ended up getting different and would rather have a truck since we got a car already ..i don't kno why i ended up getting the Lincoln but first look at it i had to have it...lol definitely worth takin a look at

I never worked with them on a purchase, the location was pretty far away, but they were very good about checking back with me to follow up with an inquiry about a car.

I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

They seem like a reputable dealership, nice sales people, but, I couldn't get a definite answer why they could not offer the exact price on the car that you had it offered for. It was about $1200 more than your online ad.

A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

We have been buying cars from Mark Berger for years. I just bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty from them today. Fourth car from this dealership. Very professional staff and Josh will work with you and if possible get you into the car you want. I have never been dissapointed with a vehicle from Mark Berger.

Great great little car super reliable super cheap to fix great gas mileage. Love the plastic body panels no dents.. rides a little rough interior cheap plastic but holds up. Not super comfy. Fast and luxury it's not. But cheap and reliable it is.... Is it better than a Toyota Corolla? Just as reliable and cheaper to maintain. Long lasting clutch timing chain not a belt.🇺🇸🇺🇸

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

I highly recommend skipping other Mazda dealers in the area and visiting Gordie Boucher Mazda of Janesville. this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

After speaking with the General Manager, Jeff Mazer, it wasn't the dealership so much as it was the finance manager (who is no longer employed there). While this practice was done, it was NOT the dealership that employed the tactic. The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

I was looking for something good but reasonable and found it at the Used Car Factory. I found a great newer model Jeep at a very reasonable price. Jay was very helpfull and accomodating and made our overall experience a great one. If you need a used car, you have to check this place out!

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Shelby GT 350 from Raskovic Auto Sales. They had the car shipped to to us and when it arrived we were pleased that the car was in the condition as described, and actually in pristine condition. We have enjoyed driving our GT 350. I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.
