I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! When my Subaru crapped out, I wanted to buy another Subaru, preferrably a WRX or an STI, but all I could find within my budget were models that had been driven into the ground. So I started thinking outside the box. I wanted a quick car, rust free, well maintained and AWD was a must (winters here can really suck). When I found out about the Taurus FPIS, I was immediately impressed. Decommissioned cruisers were starting to pop up on Kijiji. Dirt cheap, 2 years old, 300+ hp and AWD. So my search began for the "right one". Wasn't long before I ended up finding one. One very short test drive later and it was mine. 5 years later, I still have it and still love it. The only negative thing I would have to say about it, is it's expensive to maintain...like really expensive. Up here in Ottawa, Ontario, the tires are $350 a pop. The water pump job cost me 3 grand. The brake job was $1400. But when it all comes down to it, I suppose $5600 over 5 years isn't that bad...a grand a year to maintain...yeah, it's worth it because this car is a blast to drive. It's big, it's quick and one xxxx of a cruiser on the highway. It just purrs. Let's talk acceleration; if you punch it, it pulls hard, in every gear. There doesn't seem to be a weak spot. It just pulls hard all the way up to the redline, shifts and pulls hard all through the next gear, and so on. To wrap things up here, all I can say is, if you're thinking about getting one, all it'll take is a test drive and you'll probably be owning one too. Cheers!

I bought this car in 2006 with 7K miles. It is absolutely the best car I have ever owned. It is now 16 years old and has 180K miles on it. I have only replaced the shocks, the wheels( discount tire) and 1 differential. The oil runs clean right up to the oil change. Beautiful and fast with the upgraded stereo system that sounds like a concert haul. I hate to get rid of it. I enjoy every time I drive it, still.

I’ve had this 2009 sport wagon since 2016. Bought it with 68k miles. It’s now at 118k miles. Plan on $1500-$2000/year for maintenance and I think it will easily go 200k miles. Fast enough, good handling, doesn’t attract police. My Best Buy.

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

I purchased a used 2018 750i after owning a 2014 Audi S8. I was looking for a more luxurious ride, and trust me, I found it. The 750 is a whale that moves like a dolphin. The interior is expansive, comfortable, and luxurious. The rear reclining and massaging seats will make you want to find someone to drive you around. That is, until you remember that driving this car is a lot of fun too. You are going to want to put it in sport mode and step on it to remind others on the road that you, my friend, are piloting the ultimate driving machine!

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Review from a current 09 is250 owner who wishes he was told these things before buying. It’s small but spacious enough to fit the very basic things. Seats don’t fold down in the rear I never knew that before I bought it so keep that in mind. With that being said the trunk is very large for what you need to put in there on a daily basis. Models before 2010 don’t have Bluetooth music. Engine is a bit more powerful then you think when you first see 2.5L V6 but the torque is really the winner with handling in performance for that category of the car. Car takes 91 octane as a minimum at the gas pump don’t buy a Lexus and cheap out on gas or good oil. Car is great for a basic modification platform if your a young guy looking to get into modding aftermarket is pretty great. If your looking at any of these 2006-2012 IS models CHECK FOR STICKY DASH!!!!!! For me it wasn’t a deal breaker but it does get annoying sometimes if you live in hotter climates. Speaker system is great if you get the mark levinson package in yours. Steering is great as most people say. Gas mileage I get is 26 MPG combined city and highway with shell 91 gas in my tank. Car is great at what it’s meant to do but make sure if your wanting enough power to keep up with most v6 engines (go with the is350) or enough cargo room to go to ikea or Home Depot (go with the gs350). Also if your looking for the is250 for a basic commuter car make sure as soon as you purchase it do this list :Oil change and filter buy high quality oil ( if you live in a warm climate put only 10W-30 oil because the stock 5W recommendation will fail you and the car will burn it all off and run horribly) because yes the 250 burns oil, get the K&N high flow air filter it helps just give the car a little more air to feel a bit faster which helps in this slow thing, general inspection at your local mechanic for rust or general part ware, new headlights because most are fogged from 06-2012 or get headlight clear by McGuires.

I bought mine new in 2000 for 17,000 and put 244,000 on it. The usual timing chain, tires exhaust, the brake lines do rust out around 225,000 and the front cross member is prone to rust also but otherwise very fun to drive. Feels like a go cart and super smooth on highway . Trani start slipping at around 150,000 but changed fluid and it was like new. Hard to sell it but i probably will as too many cars

My S6 might be the most enjoyable car that I have ever owned. I’ve been Ver fortunate In life, fortunate enough to own and/or drive many nice, high end vehicles. Ferrari, Lambo’s, Lotus, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover, etc. this by far is my favorite. The car is very comfortable but it doesn’t stop with there. They have taken a very comfortable and easy to drive car and made it into a true sleeper. This car is a rocket, it’s actually almost too fast if that’s possible. Yes, it’s not flashy like a Testa Rosa. It’s not as recognizable as a 911 turbo and not quite as refined as an S600 or a V12 Vanden Plas, but wow, it will seriously blow your socks off. I never imagined that a mid sized 4 door sedan would be so much fun to drive. I can fit the kids, car seats included, the golf clubs, wife and dog and I still believe it 0-60 in under 4 sec. comfort, ridiculous power, all wheel drive and room, what’s not to love.
