I have been an Ed Voyles customer for years and take my car to the service department for all of my services so that only certified Hyundai technicians with extensive knowledge do the work. I have had a pretty good experience for the time I have been coming but this last visit warranted a review, which is the first one I have left, to explain how overly satisfied and pleased I am. I was having some issues with my vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to see if they were repairs that needed to be done, after I expressed my concerns to Drew he immediately made me feel at ease and informed about the services and repairs needed to resolve all of my concerns. He gave me several options with cost effective options and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed or taken advantage of. He kept me informed via text message and called me when they had other recommendations. My questions were answered in great detail to where I had no concerns about work being done nor did I feel lost about items being taken care of. He was so friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable that I will be using him from now on and also informed my parents about him so they can use him for their Santa Fe. 2025 Sonata SEL/AWD this car is so comfortable and spacious, the all wheel drive gives you a multi link rear suspension thats smooth and ride quality is great. engine is 2.5 l4 and has plenty of power , so far gas milage is very good. i am 6'3 and very comfortable highly recommend it over Camry,Accord,Altima.

I love my optima but sunroof guide is broken little part is coming out and hitting my grandson head now I can use I put black tape because is not close right I go to the dealer and he said I need to fixed asap also associated from there love my car is so clean please I need help is my family car also I take my wife for doctors appointment she have stage 3 leaver

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

I went online and found a car I liked. I contacted United BMW bought me a plane ticket from Arkansas was given great customer service found a nice Range Rover. I like to pay cash for it and drove it home no problems everything they said was legitimate. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

I have had my 2023 M760i since new. Yes 147k is a lot to spend on a car but it’s a lot of car ! I love this big beautiful beauty… I have put 36,000 miles on her in two years and have had a wonderful hassle free enjoyable ride. The service team at BMW of Stratham NH are great ! I’ve only needed oil changes and a couple recalls taken care of. I would buy this car again….
