Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

Very prompt with contracting and delivery of the vehicle. Customer service was exceptional and we were in and out in less than an hour. Our sales rep was very nice and easy to talk to, and the dealership wasn’t pushy at all like so many dealerships.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Honda of Tiffany Springs was such a pleasant and reassuring experience from start to finish; they were honest and answered all of my questions when I was making inquiries online. Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

I had a great experience at Carmax today with the help of Kelsey. Soon I'll be taking a road trip to the east coast and the team in the service department or very thorough in particular and I feel safe behind the wheel when I make the road trip. You guys are awesome, I am CarMax for life! Sean M

Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

There buying process is pretty simple and easy, easier than I thought it would be! And I received great service and have no complaints, plan on buying my next car from them as well!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

We came in to buy a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid, Chris and Khalil were amazing walking us through the process, answering our questions and giving us time to discuss options with no pressure at all.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……
